Fantastic customer experience from the quick and easy online booking​ to the end result. Now I understand the 5 star reviews. I had the choice between waiting 2 weeks with a very uncomfortable blocked ear for a NHS appointment or getting a same day appointment with Jason. I'm happy I went for the latter. Friendly, polite, very professional and delivered a great result. Worth every penny.

This was my second time visiting Jason and I was as equally as pleased with the results and service as I was last time. Jason is very professional and I can see he takes pride in his work and ensures that the job is done correctly. His friendly persona makes the experience a pleasant one!

Having a fresh tragus piercing meant that I was unable to clean my ears in the usual way, this accompanied by the stress of the healing process and the constant cleaning of my piercing meant that my ear produced a lot more excess earwax to the point where I was so blocked up in my left ear that I was unable to hear. My GP was unable to offer me an appointment until two weeks later, by which point this caused me additional stress and frustration, I knew I just had to take matters into my own hands so that I could hear again. From a quick local Google search, I came across Jason Levy and the ear wax micro suction removal network at his clinic in Ealing. I was able to get an appointment the following day and I jumped at the chance, I’m so glad I did.

On arrival, I was 10 minutes early and Jason was just stepping out on a coffee break. I recognised him from the video on their website and said that I was there for my appointment, I didn’t mind waiting as I knew I was early, but Jason kindly said he’s happy to sort my ears out before he went on his break. The procedure was amazing! Jason made me feel at ease the whole time and even told me his experience with piercings! Once my left clogged up ear was resolved, Jason then offered to look into my right one and found that I had more wax build up, so he unclogged it for me also. The whole procedure took about 20-25 mins and I am extremely pleased with the results! I told Jason that I hoped that I won’t need to come back again too soon, but if I did, I would definitely come back to him. I cannot recommend him highly enough. His professionalism, experience and sheer passion for the job was inspiring! AND he does everything electronically which is major plus points from me! Super happy I can hear again.

They give a 25min appointment and they stop on the dot even if the job is not finished. Then they will ask you to book and pay again so they can finish the job. Said they have other patients when there was literally zero people and their schedule completely free for all day. Just a massive rip off! Do not waste your money here.

My left ear was complete clogged up with wax, loss of sound for a week, tried olive oil, OTEX, but no results. Finally decided to go and find something private and found this place.
Very professional and affordable service. The procedure didn’t take too long although I had a lot of wax removed.
Anca was very caring and explained every detail and made me feel at ease. Could tell she was a pro audiologist and knew what she’s talking about.
I’d like to thank her and the clinic and would highly recommend anyone looking for an audiologist. My ears feel so much cleaner and my hearing quality has improved so much with clarity 😊

Excellent service after being deaf in one ear after swimming anca candet fixed my hearing she takes me through every thing she was doing so I could hear after minutes of completion of have the was sucked out of my ear would highly recommend thank you very much no more ringing 😊☺️☺️☺️

Visited the service in Pitshanger, Ealing, last month and found Anca very helpful and professional. Removed a lump of wax that could easily have been made into a Christmas candle and I can now (unsurprisingly) hear wonderfully. The suction technique was not painful and Anca was sensitive to any minor discomfort, giving a reassuring commentary throughout. I will most definitely use the service again.
