Only giving 1 star because i cant give zero. Since the GPs changed here this place has become a truly terrible practice, As a Dr myself I know the pressure that covid has brought us, but this pace seems to revel in the ability not to give out appointments. The reception staff are rude, insensitive and totally unhelpful. If you can, leave this practice. there are so much better ones around.
