I don’t even know how to put into words how grateful I am to be a patient here .
The GP’s who are in charge of my care ( not sure if I can put there names ) are amazing with taking time with me and listening .
I really do feel cared for and like a human . I’m not just another patient to them it’s just a lovely feeling especially with all my stuff they have never made me feel away or like I’m to much .
It’s very hard trusting a Dr when your known for having “complex” needs and several conditions but I have had l no problem with that at Premier in fact through there support I found my true self and regardless of what I have I know who I am now which hard really help my self regulation.
The reception team as well are one in million again I’m not sure if I can say names but they are very diligent with taking down what I have said and they are very caring . I was feeling really low one day and just after speaking to R***** I felt so much better she breathed with me over the phone and got me out of a really difficult time .
The Nurses as well are great they always explain what they are doing step by step and answer my questions they even clarify meaning of words for me .
All in All it’s a great place to receive care , a truly divine group of people proving an amazing service . Feels like a real GP you know.
I have been meaning to write this review for a while because everyone really needs to know the hard work and dedication of the people in this practice just wow .
Thank you all for taking such good care of me even when I can’t it really means a lot that does to me .
Warmest Blessings
This clinic should take more informative approach to the patient so they would now how to look for help and where to go.
Telling them information they need and asking how long appointments do they need.
It is stupid to assume that a patient that comes first time to the clinic needs only 10 minutes.
Failing to provide the necessary information about how clinic operates is shameful. It causes a lot of distress. Because of it Clinic look very unprofessional. No matter how good are the doctors or equipment is there, if they failing people that much for many many months.
I hope they will implement changes that will make this clinic professional.
By the way I am a student and I was send a message on my phone 7 months ago saying in short "please rate us otherwise we might stop giving our service at university". Obviously I gave 5 stars, but now I regret it.
I think sending messages like this to students is unethical practice that is making higher score on google for this clinic while they should have it much lower.
If you don't care about your health definitely go here. Otherwise stay FAR AWAY!
My one year old daughter it’s been suffering of a lung infection the past 2 weeks after so many attempts to get an appointment, they called us in and a doctor prescribed amoxicillin on Wednesday the 14th December, without even examining her properly and with such a rush!!!
On Saturday the 17th December she developed a very bad skin rash and also very high fever, I tried to call 111 but no clinician called me back!!! I called this GP first thing in the morning today Monday the 19th December explaining the whole situation and they only asked me to provide pictures of the rash and told me that a doctor would call me back… it’s 10pm now and NO doctor has called me !!!!
How can a surgery that is supposed to care for people’s health can IGNORE a 1 year old child, with high fever, taking antibiotics and with a bad rash all over her body ???? How is this acceptable ???? WORST SURGERY EVER!!!! Avoid this GP, avoid avoid avoid!!!!
