What a horrible practice. It is really difficult to actually get an appointment at all, the receptionists do not care about anything and are incredibly rude and the doctors do not listen to concerns and tend to ignore patient testimony. I do not think I have been at a worse GP yet.

I usually always get great service from the surgery, specifically from Abu who always keeps me informed with what’s going on with my appointments and is attentive to my requests. I needed to see a DR urgently & although the surgery was fully booked, I got booked in for out of hours appointment. I got a full consultation with a Dr and antibiotics for my pain the same day I called. Incredible service from Abu for getting me exactly what I needed - saved me lots!

Cannot believe tax payer money is going into these peoples pocket. The reception staff are negligent and unhelpful. If there is a minimum standard to which GP front desks should operate, I don't think these lot meet it.

For months my mum who has been physically active and had no mobility issue has been calling for strange back pain. we forced our way to get her seen she was brushed of by saying its 'common due old age'. Test was done 3 months ago, we have been chasing for the results. We had enough, changes GP. First appointment with new GP they referred her to the hospital where they carried out the same test that this GP did and discovered there was chance of cancer. More test is being carried out and it is confirmed she has bone cancer and its possible she is now in stage 4. It took the new GP one appointment to realise something was not right. Had Albion refered her to the hospital, we could have been able to control the cancer. This GP needs to be shut down. We will be taking this further

the service is very very very poor and this isn’t just my opinion, everyone who goes to albion health centre have the same opinion. there are 2 bengali receptionist mangers who are very rude and put the phone down on you and treat you like you’re beggars. and if the receptionist manager is rude then the people who work under her will obviously follow in her footsteps. the few people come to work for reception and treat the patients nicely, leave after a few weeks because of the receptionist mangers. we can’t even make complaints because they won’t give the phone to the practice manager and if you send an email, the email goes through the reception manegers who are the problem, so the email doesn’t get to the practice manager. same goes for letters that are sent. so there is no way to get into contact to make complaints with the practice manager. even the doctors are very rude, they don’t want to give any medication or look at what’s wrong. they don’t even treat the vulnerable people nicely and i think authorities should think about it and close this surgery or hire better people.

This is my second review of the Albion Health Centre, my initial review was regarding the poor level of service my vulnerable elderly mother recieved, who was constantly fobbed off by reception staff on occasions when the practice failed to forward repeat prescription to our local pharmacy.

My complaint on this occasion is the difficulty or more accurately described impossibility of booking an appointment, this morning, my wife called at 8am and was fifth in line to speak to an operator, however, she was told there were no further appointments available and advised to dial 101 or go to A&E. This isn't the first time we've experienced this, I mean how can you not have appointments at this time in the morning. To avoid calling we requested online access awhile back and provided all the required, but again no joy. This place really isn't serving the local community well. Administration is poor and substandard and serious questions need to asked of the management. Simply poor and shambolic.

I was forced to go private. Last May I was told by the private sonographer to get a repeat blood test, couldn't get past the rude reception team even after uploading all the documents/scans as requested. Then from September I was forced to go private for treatment as I was unable to get through on the phone. That's after usually 45 min to over 1 hour holding to be told no more appointments.

This GP is absolutely rubbish, if I could give it to a zero I would. You can't make an appointment by phone call and you can't make an appointment online anymore either because the practice is always unavailable. If you manage to get an appointment they will give you a day they will call but they won't give you the time they will make the call. And every single time I've made an online consultation, I've never got a phone call back to deal with the issue . I do not recommend to anyone.
