Moved here only a year ago but I've never been treated particularly badly by anyone at this surgery. Surgery times are very convenient: walk-in every day between 9am and 11am, or by appointment Monday-Friday until 7pm or Saturday mornings (perfect for people who work and can't take days off like me). That said, sometimes you might have the feeling that they don't really care that much. I've only always been seen by one nurse but she hasn't got that "warmth" that you would like to see in a medical professional.

I made the switch here after having to file complaints about my last GP and it was a fantastic decision. I was far too used to the staff being rude, unhelpful or far too public about whatever you were in for in front of the whole waiting room. The staff at Eltham Park like Jack, Taylor and GPs/nurses (mine is Dr Sufi who has been incredible) are never not kind and supportive. It's a shame I haven't managed to catch everyone's names or I would type them all out here! Very happy with the whole surgery and the walk ins (now every day) are a godsend.

Worst appalling front desk staff plus all secretaries and the nurse called Georgia. Three times attended including on strike day for urgent EVG for 19 minutes and then 8 minutes delay then refused to be offered the service and talked too in a very rude manner never experienced in NHS as such noting not only patients care but staff are appalling and must now be investigated all for attitude and behaviour handling of patients as not first time despite doctors are wonderful but most of time you don’t reach them without the appealing front desk staff who all are extremely rude and unprofessional in such a human job to be disgrace to NHS medical care

Given a two week scan referral but told after a week and a half that it hadn’t been processed by the receptionists. Had to sit on the phone for nearly an hour to get through to question this also.

Dr Mayooran Siva was friendly and informative. After consultation at the gp practice and gave me option and suggestion with removing the skin tag was good. He booked me for the hospital treatment due to equipment availability and during the minor surgery he was careful and intentive and made me feel at ease. Left me with a small scar but unnoticeable if you don't mention it. Highly recommended

Waited over a month for an appointment for a prescription review. The nurse said she'd put the prescription request to my listed pharmacy right away, I called my pharmacy to check when the prescription would be ready to collect, but they never got sent a request from the nurse. Had to call the practice to get this sorted and now I can't get my prescription until tomorrow but I'm going away to see family for Christmas, so I actually won't be able to collect until next week.

Waiting for over 1.5hr on the call and only advice I got to call back tomorrow to see if I can better chance to get a call back from the doctor. Shambolic service

This is the best surgery I've ever been part of. The receptionists are always polite, kind and helpful. The doctors, nurses and nurse practitioners always take the time to listen. A potentially fatal subachronoid hemorrhage was dealt with brilliantly. I owe my life to this surgery.
