As its oxford its a white city not diverse at all pretty bad tbh you don't get treated normal here if you have colour at all, they don't care about your health and now the queen's dead I think there but hurt so choose a wise doctors you only have 1 life.

The old blonde receptionist was very rude to me today and told me to go A n E as its not an emergency but wants me to go A n E after I've just had a cancer operation and been told to go doctors if I feel unwell. The other receptionist was lovely and gave me an appointment.

We've been patients in this surgery for 8 years now and counting. Special mention to Dr Yurrita, our preferred doctor, for being an excellent GP and for taking care of our health and wellbeing.

The receptionists at this place are rude and unapproachable. I rang the surgery today and spoke to a lady called Pauline. As usual, she wouldn’t let me finish my sentences and abruptly dropped the call on me.

Only have good things to say about this practise. Never had to wait long for an appointment and the doctors, especially Dr. J. Yurrita, go above and beyond to be helpful. Thank you!

I will strongly recommend NOT registering at this Medical Center, if you have a choice. Their handling is extremely messy. I booked and did a blood test, and started getting message from them in phone and voicemail saying "I shall call urgently regarding your test". Nothing tranquilizing. Then they do not answer the phone, in any extension. After trying tons of times, got an answer and told a nurse would call me. Nurse called a few days later, saying there is nothing to worry, just need to repeat blood test. Then I schedule new date. Two days before the date I start getting again the cryptic message "call us urgently", no one answers the phone. It is just crazy that this is an actual public medical service.
