Wayside Surgery

Dr Williamson is amazing very kind and helpful, it’s a shame the receptionist team let him down so greatly, I have only had one pleasant conversation with them since joining the surgery a few months back, Angela (reception team) is sarcastic, rude and over speaks you at every opportunity. I find this Worrying as this should be my go to place for mental health support but I feel terrified to call them

Once you actually get to see a Doctor they are actually brilliant, and my son was very well looked after for an appendicitis's last year in April with East Surrey. However certainly most of the masked receptionists need to see psychiatrists as they are still afraid of something known to be in common circulation from June 2020, and pretty much totally harmless to everyone.

The receptionists in the surgery are all very welcoming, kind and polite. The doctors and nurses are brilliant! They are compassionate and very knowledgeable. They take time to listen and explain the treatment that you need to have. Our family is grateful to have been looked after them for many years 😊

Absolute shame, not sure how or where the admin team were hired from. Impossible to book 6months with the practice nearly 700 calls made never got through. Online booking always comes back with a response to phone in. Would Never recommend. I believe doctors and Nurses are good there, guess I will never know.

Just moved to the area. Had my first appointment with Dr Williamson and he was brilliant, great bedside manner - really took the time to get to know me and understand my problems so he could find the best solution. Never once felt rushed or like I couldn't ask questions despite how much pressure I know the NHS is under. The minimal experience I've had with the receptionists so far has also been very positive.

Disgusting service. Maxine the manager is extremely rude. Illegally with holding information from childrens parents. Refused to take my complaint. Please chose another surgery! Or at least take time to look over other bad reviews. I can fully recommend woodlands surgery. Very polite, helpful and sympathetic towards any situation.

Busy practice and can be difficult to get a appointment but worth it to see Dr Kahn. He is brilliant, thorough and will go out his way to have checks done just to be sure. Always had a positive experience seeing him.

Absolute nightmare seeking service from this surgery. No parking space, bad hospitality from staff. Extremely rude. Makes me feel like I owe them a lot of debts by coming here for a service. Oh my god, we have been paying taxes for these people!
