I have just been vaccinated for Typhoid for travel by Debbie the Nurse. Debbie was most professional and caring and also directed me to a website detailing medical travel advice. She is a Most helpful and dedicated member of the surgery.

Phoned in the morning to request a blood test and got a call back from a doctor later in the afternoon. He booked me in for a test the following morning (the nurse was friendly and cheerful at that early hour!). Fantastic service. Thank you surgery.

Have found this surgery a little disorganised. There is a very friendly Irish lady Receptionist and young Nurse who are both lovely but there seems to be overall, a lack of communication between staff members and to patients. Letters on file have been overlooked, prescription requests not actioned, without any communication to patient awaiting them. As Worthing's demographic rapidly changes, now to include young families, it seems this surgery isn't really set up to cope.

Awful shitshow of a place ! I would give 0 stars if possible . Rude receptionist who clearly has no compassion or empathy whatsoever . Refused too let me speak too a Doctor despite my problem being complex and urgent . Telling me they’d be relying on a outdated useless test for results despite my diagnosis given that doesn’t work despite me always being able too usually get the treatment required . Do better !!!! Can’t rely on outdated tests for treatment of refuge someone speaking too a Doctor when crucial . Disgusting !!!! Too many power tripping receptionists around who think they’re better than everyone else make it make sense !

To new knees organized by this brilliant Surgery, in five months Goring Hall which was a fabulous hospital and my knees are perfect. I went to the doctors to have my prostrate checked.
It was found to be enlarged MRI scan biopsy. Treatment started. Bone scan and results. All in eight weeks. I cannot thank them enough.??? Question if there is a better surgery anywhere in the UK, I would be very surprised from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave the Surgery you always feel like you are important to them a very happy and grateful patient.

I feel so lucky to have the Selden Medical Centre as my doctors. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. I saw the nurse today who was lovely. I was seen promptly and felt in very safe hands.
Thank you - John Pryer

Two separate misdiagnoses of both my parents, the latest being mum Just been told by a&e she had a heart attack over a week ago so missed chance of medication now permanent damage as home visit by GP treated her for acid reflux when we called 3 days later for another home visit as no improvement she was given a phone call & this time laughed at by GP when she suggested herself heart? GP changed diagnosis to a trapped nerve family took it upon themselves to phone for a paramedic, been in hospital ever since on a heart monitor with permanent damage after a small heart attack. Two years ago, promised to come out to my father with pain in back Gp change the day didn’t turn up again, dad collapsed on the floor and died GP was completely shocked didn’t take it seriously both parents in the mid 80’s don’t want to bother hospital with pains so first port of call is the GP let down so badly

Never had any issues getting an appointment. All the staff from reception, nurses and doctors and physiotherapy are amazing offering so much support. For a doctors surgery this is a rare quality.
