Archers Practice

Have to negotiate to get an appointment, one receptionist in particular is so unhelpful. Seen by the Dr, didn't even examine me, and knew less than me. Waste of time.

Have had nothing but positive experiences. Every time I have called for either myself or my children I have got an appt on that day. Reception staff very helpful and polite and will do their best to accommodate your needs. I have had both in person and telephone appointments and they have always been very prompt. I missed an in person appt through my mistake and reception staff were really helpful and managed to get me a telephone appt the same day. Doctors and nurse practitioners have made me feel at ease and have referred to specialists when needed. Very easy to order repeat prescriptions and they are sent to pharmacies very quick. I would 100% recommend this doctors surgery.

Fantastic surgery, can always get an urgent appt on the day if needed, receptionists always go above and beyond to help me and my families needs. The GPs are compassionate and efficient in dealing with my problems. I’ve never had any issues with prescriptions. I’d highly recommend this practice to anyone.

The NHS is alive and well and doing a brilliant job at this practice and at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital, Winchester.

Staff are helpful, Never had a problem when myself or family have needed to be seen. Tracy on reception is really kind and helpful also. Generally pretty quick so can’t complain.

Really good service, receptionists very helpful and Dr's make me feel at ease. Can always get an appointment, usually on the same day.

Everyone from receptionist to the GP's are really friendly and couldn't fault anyone that works here in anyway. The place feels and looks really clean.
