The receptionist old lady behavior is too bad to the patient. Straightly they dont have the manners how to talk with the patients.

I got a call for the appointment and my wife goes there before one day of appointment to just confirm the appointment they said they don't have any GP practice record of us. The people who are sitting infornt to serve patient they are really not enough educated. So I must complain NHS for that with taking huge amount of insurance money they are providing this services.

It is a mess. Phone appointment with the doctor, how to explain to him my back pain? Well...I did... he said I need exercise, google it how to do and this will help, and he said to take some medicine as well and I can go to pick up the prescription...ok..done...I went there, the young receptionist said that I have to pick up from any farmacy and didn't was helpful just talking with the other receptionist and laughing. I went to the farmacy where they didn't found my prescription, they didn't received anything on my name... very annoying..

Very bad behaviour. They have lack of staff. All are lazy also not sensible to the patients. They don’t have masks and hand sensitisers as well.

Absolutely disgusting service, I'm asthmatic and trying to get inhalers for 3-4 weeks but the don't send my prescription to my pharmacy. Called GP and they said I need to book asthma review so I agreed and had my review. Straight away came back to reception and ordered repeat medication, receptionist said yes all done. Collected medication from the pharmacy she ordered things I stop using and not my reliever inhaler, which was what I needed most. its winter and desperately need it. Called today they said I now need a doctor's consultation. When were these clowns in the medical center was going to inform me I need to see the doctor. So they just waited until I call. Place is a shamble, they couldn't even run there own bath let alone look after people's health. Absolute joke. Not the first time they have done this and fed up now. Will be changing GP ASAP. Stay away from them and sign up somewhere else if you care about your health. I would score it minus if I could.

I have been a patient at this GP for many years and have always received the best care. The reception and team are very helpful and I have never had to wait longer than a week for an appointment. I think these reviews are ridiculous and manufactured by people who don’t get their own way and don’t understand how the system works. The GP have always gone above and beyond for me in my 20 years of registration. The review below claiming a doctor is ‘fake’ because he/she is from Pakistan is racist and unacceptable for google to post! Please learn the laws of this country before posting such nonsense. Everyone is so quick to post the bad comments but cannot acknowledge anything positive.

Very rude and bad behaviour of receptionist.
Temporary doctor phoned in consultation saying I need kidney dialysis and liver biopsy from the MRI results.
Went to London Hospital for my kidney biopsy, the consultant/Surgeon said my kidney and my Liver are 100% healthy. There is nothing wrong with my health.
The GP is trying to kill the patient while there alive by putting fear in them.
Also found out that the Temporary Doctor got his qualification from Pakistan. No wonder, fake doctors.
Changing GP tomorrow first thing and informing BMA.
Stay away from this GP if you want to live.

Writing a review on behalf of my Mum, patient for many years, very happy with the service. Especially with the Manager Salma, always there being supportive towards my Mother, translating and accommodating to her needs. Thank you!
