Easy enough to book an appointment, though I had to call two times. Once I got through I felt I received good help and got a booking with a physio. Routine health checkup was efficient and very informative, too. Felt encouraged to contact them again.

Reception staff are super-friendly and professional. However it's almost impossible to speak with someone and book an appointment, due to the long (extremely long) waiting time. What is really bad, is that there's never availability to see a doctor face to face. It would be interesting to understand why the doctors at this surgery don't see patients face to face, while other workers (like me and many others) have resumed normal activity and have to go to an office.

Their Paramedic Called Tarryn Threatened Me And When I Contacted The Surgery’s Alleged Manager Called Julie Pittaway Rather Than Say She Will Talk To Her Employee She Just Shrugged It Off And Covered Her Employees Back And Claimed I Had Appointment With Her (Tarryn)
First Of All Why Would I Book An Appointment With A Paramedic When I Didnt Even Know The Surgery Had One
Secondly If Something Was That Serious I Would Call 999 Or Go To The Hospital 🙄
Thirdly My Appointment Was Booked With My Doctor That I Always See With No Issues So Someone Is Lieing 🤥
I Refuse To Be Bullied Or Threatened There Won’t Be A Next Time !!!! 😉

Fantastic reception staff, always very helpful and friendly. Never had an issue with care, nurses and GP have been top notch. Very happy with the service they provide. Well done team.

Very good service received today. Efficient systems letting me know how delayed my appointment was going to be (only 2 minutes but nice to be kept informed). Good that there is a temperature device for all to check they are fine before entering the doctors office. All necessary appointments booked for the new year. Only those with an actual appointment allowed into the surgery, so felt quite safe and Covid free. Overall a very good and friendly service. Also like that a survey is sent directly after appointment to gather feedback which I hope they use to monitor and evaluate service. Keep up the good work please don’t become like most downtrodden surgeries with receptionist who act like gate keepers and dragons and doctors who give you two minutes of their time before sending you away none the wiser. Thanks for your service today.

So I have recently moved over from another surgery as previous correspondence over the years with this surgery has always left me happy with the outcome. It is however very hard to get through on the phones (depending on the time of day) or also to get a face to face appointment. Which I guess is understandable at this time. But saying this they prioritse where needed. The last doctor I saw regularly for my son and the nurses that dealt with myself and my daughter were really great and showed great care going above and beyond each time. I also have to include Chloe who took my call at reception twice today, morning and evening and both times she was caring , informative and went to lengths to explain my options.

I cannot believe how helpful every single member of staff is here. I genuinely believe I have the best GP. The secretarial staff are shockingly helpful (going out of their way), and the nurses are fantastic. I’ve travelled a lot so always make sure I have a contact GP. I knew they had good reviews but I’m so lucky to have this practice. Ps I am a Dr too so this restores my faith!

The practice has looked after my family for many years. They have been fantastic. Always able to arrange an appointment; set up vaccinations; ask for advice and guidance. A reassuring and professional team. Thank you for all you do.
