Eden Surgery

this is unquestionably the best surgery I have ever had cause to deal with.

I'm not easily pleased but this is a real 'old school' type surgery where the patients are people are treated as people, not some slot in a timetable.

So impressed i moved my daughter from her mothers much larger local surgery (atrocious service) to this one.

Full marks.

Dr Jooton is great, only been registered for 6 months but was able to get same day appts for emergency and really good service through their online ticket system. Would recommend

Recently moved to this doctor's surgery after poor service at my previous one. As an emergency ambulance service clinician, I've dealt with many GP surgeries and can say that this is one of the best. I'm very happy with the service that I've received today and won't hesitate to recommend them.

I used to go to this drs for many years some loverly receptionist and had some good drs over the years but two of the drs and one who still works there could of saved my mum!one just kept giving her tablets not sending her hospital and the other very long
wait for hospital appointment, mum moved drs but was to late to save my mum.

I call for appointments and they ask to call back 8am. Difficult when working. Then get permission from employer to call. Can’t get through. It’s just too difficult to see your doctor. One call should be enough.

My wife and I are both very happy after having moved to this practice when we moved house. The difference between our previous GP practice and this one is night and day. My wife was treated kindly + sensitively by all staff (receptionists, GP) when she had some health concerns, and she was referred on promptly and without any problems. I've had cause to ring and had a telephone appointment with the GP, which was excellent and did not feel rushed. We could not recommend this place more!

I joined this practice a few months ago, I cannot fault the care and attention I've received. Having been with my previous surgery for 68yrs since birth , I am so pleased I was recommended to this practice, Thankyou.
