Poulter Road Medical Centre

I recently changed my doctors as for moving to a different property, I received a phone call today as I phoned and explained about the problem I'm having and waited for a call back. The lady who I was talking to had a very bad attitude. After me explaining I have a disability and I find it hard to talk over the phone she completly egnored that and continued the way she was talking to me. Safe to say I will be no longer using there medical centre and she has now made it even harder for me to talk to people over the phone.

Absolute DISGRACE of a surgery AVOID this place if you value your health these don't care about people all about profit and when you complain they lie in there response to COVER UP there mistakes LIARS and very UNPROFFESIONAL STAFF A DISGRACE TO THE MEDICAL PROFFESION PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE WITH YOUR HEALTH ESPECIALLY ANY ELDERLY RELATIVES SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN THIS PLACE

I am absolutely delighted with the service I received on a blood pressure check today from reception/nurse and doctor I couldn’t fault it thank you .

Myself and my family have signed up to this doctors recently, staff are really friendly and helpful.
I previously couldn't get through on the phone and I gave a bad review due to me panicking over my newborn baby and having to leave my previous doctors. I have realised this a thorough and brilliant doctors and I'm so pleased I have joined them.

Lovely reception staff always willing to go that extra mile to help if needed, friendly banter,medical staff just as good friendly always willing to help you with whatever you need,thank you all for your dedication to us xx
