Bootle Health Centre

Outstanding service from Kelly (phlebotomist) this morning. She was very friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. A credit to the NHS.

My son had to go to the dental clinic today in 6yrs he's never sat in the chair until today .....the staff were amazing with him ...Ruth the dentist and morag (I think that was her name) were the best they took so much time with him thank you so much....

I visited the Health Centre to have a blood test. The gentleman who carried it out was done in less than a minute and I didn't even feel anything, thank you very much for the great service!

Reception staff didn’t smile once, quite rude, as I just walked in all she said was “Name” and was whispering to the other member of staff whilst peeping over the top of her computer screen at me whilst I was on my own in the waiting area. The lady who I seen for my appointment was amazing as usual though!
