I joined the practice in July 2017 from a surgery in Flintshire.
I had a rigorous health check for my medical conditions before seeing a doctor.
Every member of staff I have come into contact with has been polite, helpful and caring. I recommend this practice highly.

Worse surgery going can never get appointment even when you ring first thing at 8am. Always diffrent doctors who see you who know nothing about you or your history. It’s that bad am taking me and my son out of there

Everytime I call up to see if the receptionist have any appointments the receptionist always rude and just never have anything for me I have to call up at 8 am and I don't want to get up that early but one positive is that the doctors are caring and kind

I have recently changed practice in Chester and I have been really relieved to be treated with such kindness and consideration by both reception staff and the regular doctors. In particular, what has stood out is the time taken by the doctors to consider and talk through the patient's symptoms thoroughly and thoughtfully. I no longer feel like I am being rushed through to get a quick outcome and this has also been during a very challenging time for every medical service. I highly recommend this practice.

Well where do I start girl on the front desk as you first walk in has a bad attitude sat there with her gloves and mask on giving snotty looks, asked a question to get a reply that way! Definitely shouldn't be greeting people. Then go the the dental part and was fine at first go in for appointment to be greeted by another woman with bad attitude seriously need to work on how you talk and present yourself to others you choose that job don't make it look and sound like you don't want to be there or we are taking time out of your day everyone has different reasons for not wearing face covering but she thought it would be ok to making a horrible comment about her colleagues wearing 1 with the same reasons as myself very unprofessional no wonder people don't have check up more often when you get made to feel so uncomfortable and angry definitely won't be going here again theses health care providers just don't want to get back to normal after covid everyone has different opinions I get that but it's time to live with it just like we do everything else! Back to the girl on the front desk asked if she could validate my parking ticket to her saying I don't do that instead of telling me where to go I had to ask where I done it and then she told me wherever you had your appointment I wonder what she actually does do apart from sit on a chair behind a desk !

Tracy on the Dental reception is lovely and friendly, I had an appointment with Dr A Blacklock in oral surgery and he was truly amazing, he made me feel very comfortable and went at my pace, talked me through what he was doing and we even had a good natter after the surgery. Would definitely recommend

Shame I cannot give this place 0 stars. Getting an appointment is nearby impossible and when you get an appointment they will ring you for a whole 2 seconds and if you do not pick up you’ve missed it. They will then fob you off with an econsult form. The doctors themselves are mediocre and will most likely ignore the route of your issue - mental health issues are met with medication and go for a walk.
