Absolutely awful.
The worst company I have ever worked for. Been in health care for 25 years and lasted a few months with this company. Zero support. Training not sufficient for what you deal with. They micro manage and expect you to have 10 seconds between each call. If you are not on a call ops phone you. Some of the clinicians are rude and seem annoyed you call, ops constantly want to know where and what you are doing. Have to basically let them know if you go for a loo break ( unplanned break)
Manager is not supported so this impacts on the team. Mixed messages on audits and no consistency. Tick box job that doesn’t work. If they were more relaxed and supportive they would retain staff. Left to work for another company within Health and so much nicer, even though super busy. Avoid this company.

Had a home visit late this evening from Dr Gillett who was wonderful. He was very thorough in his examination and supplied prescription drugs. His manner was so compassionate and reassuring, he put our minds at rest. He was very knowledable about his patient and his health issues. Thank you so much for your visit after a very long days work.
