Weavers Practice Rishton

Reception staff do all they can to help and arrange appointments.
Waiting room clean and welcoming.
Doctors are all polite and understanding and explain options available for treatment, making you feel part of the decision making in your well being.

would not recommend,The Surgery is worse since becoming Weavers.
Doctors always running late,last few times ive been,ive waiting 45-60 mins.
tried getting my child an appointment for 3 days, i ring first thing in the morning to be told there is no appointments so i ring back after dinner to be told the same or im told to go great harwood,why go to the next town when my doctors is 2min walk from my house...and im sure the receptionists should have been crocodiles because there so snappy the way they talk to you...IF I COULD MARK IT NO STARS THATS WHAT IT WOULD GET

Reception staff always do their upmost to help you of course it's a extremely busy practice the gps service during covid 19 has been 1st class always a lovely clean waiting area 5 stars from me ..

Disgraceful, just because I had an appointment for me and my daughter this morning, they have cancelled my phone consultation for my 7 month old daughter and when I rang up, all the receptionist had to say was the problem got dealt with this morning, well no it didn't, as it was a separate problem, yous had no right to cancel my daughters phone consultation when we urgently needed it, I'm fuming

Everytime i call the receptionist is always rude to me, countless times this has happened. It makes me feel like i can't contact my own doctor without getting the 3rd degree. The doctors are nice but the reception staff let it down.

Excellent practice, helpful staff can't do enough for you. Keep up the good work
