I've been with this medical practice since 2006 and would never want to leave. The staff are generally pleasant, doctors and nurses are kind, compassion, thorough and take the time to listen. They will always see you on the same day if it's and emergency and whilst routine appointments tend to be 3 weeks in advance this is the same in most GP practices in the area nowadays. Ample parking. I think with all GP surgeries and hospitals you need to be aware of protocol such as exam day illness, sparking permits, or just ask them. A couple of odd hiccups but nothing compared to other GP surgeries I've been with

My experiences here have always been excellent. Particular mention to Dr Crawford and nurse Vicky, who did an amazing job stitching my hand up after an accident in lab. I think I was seen and on my way out, stitched and bandaged up within an hour. Had an enjoyable chat about the merits of oldskool/hardcore piano anthems of the 90s along the way as well. 10/10 would recommend

The receptionist is unpatient, even though i have stated that I suffered from anxiety. I was asking politely about the appointment booking, that receptionist literally yelled: ' That's the only time slot we've got, can you do it or not?' I understand it must be hard time to work as a receptionist, but you don't have to be this mean to others.

If you are abroad with mental health problems and you have an appointment, they don't bother. They cancelled my appointment two times in a row not even bothered about my med supplies.

Awful. Disgusting, unhelpful attitude of reception and admin. Some doctors will also dismiss you but the nurses are all great.

Honestly the worst doctors surgery I have ever been to. No communication between GPs and Nurses so constantly having to re-explain stuff to every single staff member you see as no one notes anything down or actually reads doctors notes. Constantly being passed between doctors and nurses as no one can actually make up their mind what their actually job is or should be! Been told by nurses to get doctors appoint for confirmation of medication to then be told by doctor 'its not their job it is the nurses job'. Honestly the most frustrating doctors surgery ever AVOID

Really lovely receptionists, nurses and doctors. Have been going here since 2018 and have never had a bad experience. Most recently had a appointment with a nurse and she was amazing. Very kind and considerate. Thought it was about time I Ieft a nice review.

The Doctor was so rude and condescending, I'm still shocked by how she spoke to me a few days ago! Didn't do any tests, felt judged, degraded, and worse about myself and health than when I went in. Stay away!!!
