Clean place. The appointments are never on time but the doctors are nice and kind. Sometimes you feel that they rush to catch up all the appointments.

Joke . Non existent. Called at 8 for an appointment as feeling very rough and I’m immuno surpressed . Told dr Walsh will call me . Few hours later phone rings three times , and by time I get to it , hung up. I now have been waiting 50 minutes to get through to them to find out why dr Walsh was in such a rush to hang up. Probably because my situation isn’t something straightforward . Disgusting and shows just how much nhs really cares about all our health now

Why is there no information on the outside of the surgery about the times, doctors, clinics etc.(?) It’s all rather anonymous . People do judge by appearances and it gives a negative impression. I know that you are all struggling with the situation of demand exceeding capacity , but…,

It’s amazing, isn’t it? The receptionists know that what you really want is an appointment with your GP but will go out of their way to push you onto other services. I gather that this practice specialises in personality by- passes. Been on the books for 4 years, never been able to make an appointment that would be timely enough for my illness. You just know that it’s all gonna be a waste of time. Best bet is the drop-in. Makes you wonder whether all surgeries should operate on that basis. God help us.

Would do 0 stars if possible. Doctors work half days because they’ve gone private and don’t care about their patients. Called repeatedly at 7:59 and waited on hold half an hour only to find there are no appointments. Genuinely terrible

can barely get hold of ANYONE! Let alone get a prescription or make people wait up to a month for a callback!?

Maybe take on less patients instead of offering little to no help AT ALL.

Disgracefull, You should all be ashamed at your ineptitude!

Had a brilliant experience today. Starting with a lovely receptionist who made sure I got a call from a doctor. I then received a call from Dr Morley who was beyond helpful. Despite the fact they must be so busy and so under pressure I wasn't made to feel rushed or a pest. All round excellent experience. Thank you Castle partnership.

NHS are paying them for this service?Chronic Renal patient Ring up with a chest infection,….. three days , later-told they can book me in on the 19 December😱I said I’d leave it as I would probably be dead by then……✝️ Can’t even get a call back???
