I was very impressed with the service. Right from telephoning the receptionist in the morning to make an appointment she was courteous and able to fit me in within a couple of hours. The clinician was polite and professional and treated me very quickly and gave me some useful advice in addition to the first class treatment.

My husband has now been twice to this Clinic for ear wax removal and had nothing but excellent professional service. Appointments have been very quick to obtain and the specialist was very thorough and helpful. Would recommend

I’ve used Dr Joanne Horgan for menopause care, having met her by chance as a Locum at my NHS surgery 3 or so years ago. Thank goodness I did - because up until then nobody was listening (other than telling me I needed antidepressants despite not being depressed - but rather peri-menopausal) and I was falling further and further down a dark hole of peri-menopause. She has been my go-to ever since, and I’d not see anyone else. 5* for her.

A week ago, I noticed a large lump under my 11yo son’s arm. He has a genetic condition which has a link to childhood cancers, so I was on high alert immediately. I tried to get a GP appointment. There was a 16 day wait for a telephone call………...?! So, rather than endure that, I called Ceda Health for a private appt. They slotted him in on Saturday morning and he had the delight of an appt with Dr Flora Richardson. She was absolutely fantastic with him. He clearly really liked her immediately, as did I. Super service. We had further diagnostics today, all of which was great, and a call from Dr Richardson following to update on results (all of which were fine).

Sophie at reception is also super. A voice on a phone, instead of a website booking system (which doesn’t actually get you a face-to-face appt), efficient and friendly - which lets be honest, doctors’ receptionists are not well known for!

5* for them all. And a huge thank you to them for making things easier.

Very pleased with how things went. What was to be expected was carefully explained and professionally carried out. Should further treatment be needed, I'd happily return and be confident of a good outcome.

This was very easy, called one day with a question, the question was answered in a professional manner so I booked an appointment, I turned up on time, was seen on time and the treatment was hassle free, very professional service.

The booking and customer service was excellent - extremely polite & friendly. However unfortunately did not find the person who administered the treatment to be very friendly. Very rushed. No explanation of anything. But would still recommend the practice and service overall.

Really quick and easy to book an appointment, I was there on the same day as booking and the treatment was so quick. I was in and out within 5 mins, all staff very friendly and helpful
