Always able to get an appointment within a couple of days.

Doctors at ormesby surgery tell you to phone at 8am in the morning! when I phoned at 8am she tells me there’s no face to face appointments taking place !pathetic and to go to a drop in centre, anyone know why this is still happening yet they will see you quick enough for a Covid jab!disgusting !

Only went for flu jab, very efficient, quick in and out. Pity can't see a doctor when you need to.

Always get treated well here. People on the phone always lovely. It is hard to get through as it is a busy surgery but apart from that I don’t have any complaints.

Unfailingly helpful, friendly and professional staff. Clean, warm surgery. The critical ratings / reviews do not reflect reality. Let's blame underfunding from government for decades on both sides and of course, the impact of Covid if they are not jumping to your unrealistic tune. Let's support the NHS in unprecedented times, not shoot them down...
