This is a review on behalf of my mum. I had my blood pressure taken at a pharmacy and it was very high so was told to see my doctor. I tried on 2 consecutive days to make an appointment and couldnt get through. I went to the surgery to try and book an appointment as I'm also partially deaf. This makes it very difficult to hear over the phone anyway. The receptionist was extremely rude and needs training in communication skills as this was not an acceptable way to speak to people. At one point she said "what do you want me to do" and also "I've slept since then" in such a sarcastic way. I then had to go to urgent care as the receptionist would not help at all. They were brilliant and gave me a prescription for a week but said I need to go back to the doctors. I have now tried again to see my doctor with no luck so I'm changing surgery. It's a shame as I have been with this practice for many years and generally the doctors and receptionist are great but not on these recent encounters.

My parents have been going here for years and always prasied the surgery. But since joined other practices you can not get to speak to your own GP or reception instead st peters who have never had good reviews . My mum was 16 in the que the other day and is not a well lady. Go back on your own and give the good service you used to do
