On the whole a good practise. Doctors have listened to me and let me help choose course of action regarding my health. Nurses have all been friendly and supportive. My son who has Autism has had good experiences with the Doctor. One ding dong with a receptionist at a very stressful time,, just for simply not allowing me to leave a letter for a doctor and forcing me to make an appointment... Which the doctor said was unnecessary. But apart from that they have supported me when desperate for an appointment. Yes it gets busy.. I did leave another practise and joined here, been with them for 2 years. Dr Dar is especially fantastic.

This is one of the worst drs in kirkby due to staff on the reception as they talk down to u And think there the Dr asking question for e.g. my partner had to go for a hep b jab as she needs it due to being on donner list and they shouted out a.. SO U HAVE COME FOR UR HEP JAB...which made everyone look at her .which Breck patient conferdencalty And when it comes to booking in never a appointment but if u pop in to the drs it's always nearly empty ### so if u want a dry don't use these ###

Dr Dar is the best doctor in the whole world. Never had any problems in this surgery, always have appointment when I need it. Ladies in receptions are very nice and helpful.

Brilliant practise. All take time with patients, very friendly and receptionists are lovely.

Fantastic GP. I moved to Kirkby from Nottingham and the difference is night and day. I never have a problem getting an appointment for me or my baby, the GPs are all great, especially Dr Henry. A well run surgery.

The receptionist today was amazing can’t believe how wonderful she was in getting my little girl seen by a doctor this evening. Dr Dar was brilliant, he was so caring and has a great way with children thank you.

Medical staff are great.

Reception staff hit and miss. Some go out their way to help you.

Some are monotonous robots who say computer said know.

Nurse could crack a smile also.

Terrible service the reception staff are shocking not let u speak to a doctor rude and if u do get an appointment the receptionist ask u what u want to see the doctor for! I'm sorry that's private! Disgusting!!
