Great team of receptionist, and secretaries that work behind the desk, they will go out their way to help in anyway possible, of they can. The doctors don't treat you as a statistic they treat you as a patient, they listen to what you have to say, and go through procedure. They don't just write a prescription for antibiotics and show you the door. Been with them since birth and would never change, even my children have registered their children with them. Can't fault them..

I've got temperature for 2 weeks.
In hospital doctor told me that I've got pneumonia, while in there they don't even want to appoint me. Just giving me a calls and telling to take paracetamol, because its only an infection. SHE DIDNT EVEN WANT TO SEE ME. Without it she's telling me that I'm healthy.
Trying to appoint, but they just don't want to.
Curing me by the phone - some newbie practist is telling me twice that everything is alright, that I don't need to appoint, while I can't take a breath and litteraly dying on my bed.
Sorcereres, healing by the phone.
Doesn't care about people.
Receptionist doesn't even let me say something, treat me like an idiot, cause im not British. RASIST!
Be aware of this place!

Doctors and nurses are great. The receptionists are extremely rude and not at all interested in what your trying to explain to them. Constant rudeness. I have given up ringing the surgery. i try to do everything online. not ideal but the rudeness leaves me little choice.

My partner has tried to sort his prescription for nearly a week on repeat. Do they realise the impact it has on patient's when they run out of medication. The receptionist was rude and did not sort the problem

As many have said, the receptionists are regularly rude. The nurse I've had the misfortune of seeing there on multiple occasions was never helpful. But the icing on the cake was my latest "appointment" with one of the GPs. He was incredibly inattentive, rushed me from start to finish, couldn't wait to get rid of me. Cut me off when I tried to ask about some of the most serious issues I wanted to discuss, saying I have to make another appointment and come back to talk to him again. Rude. Unpleasant. Uncaring. Awful experience.

Spoke to one lovely receptionist who after I called in crying with the side effects of Emotional Personality disorder and PTSD she was more helpful to me than 2 GPs that I spoke to. Only been with the practice 2yrs now considering returning to my old gp surgery of 25yrs who was so much more helpful, their knowledge of other Specialists outside the area was great. An Oxford rd GP told me he didn't know any other specialists or GPs outside of his own surgery that could help me further with my mental health illness.
What rubbish.
They refer their patients to other specialists all day everyday.!!!!
Within the area & outside of it.
