A total disgrace of a company. The surgeon lied to me about the surgery i needed to make my eyes look better, but didn't tell me about the other procedure i needed too. But when i complained about my surgery he then told me i required a brow lift and he stated he told me this during my consultation. Do u honestly think i would pound thousands for a procedure that didn't work. They are liars so be beware. Not even worthy of one star.

This clinic is very clean and full of friendly, helpful staff! After I messed up my appointment they still managed to see me and the patient advisor I met was wonderful. The receptionist was welcoming and they had tea/coffee machine in the waiting room (which was also very clean)!
She didn’t pressure me into anything, she was very friendly, talkative, informative and an absolute pleasure to meet!
I’m so happy I decided to visit Transform because now I’m 100% going to use them for my surgery. I don’t know why this specific clinic has such a low rating because it was honestly such a delight to visit!!

Appointment with patient Advisor Rachael Laverick. Waste of time. Not informative. Could not answer questions like can you show me reviews of your surgeons and work they have done. You can get this on the internet. Patients sign to say yes to see their photos with keeping their photos anonymous. Not a nice reassuring attitude given and definitely not professional. Well you just lost transform £6.5 K today Rachael. Well done !

I have had the most incredible experience with Transform, Southampton. The customer service from the Patient Advisor (Inga) and the reception staff is faultless and similarly, the care I have received from every member of the clinical team has been outstanding; Mr Lahoud is a miracle worker and the Nurses are so caring and patient! I would wholeheartedly recommend Transform, Southampton. Thank you again for looking after me so well!

Absolutly shocking company
I paid 8k for uneven breasts
Wrote a complaint up to stage 3
Apparently when u pay 8k u should expect uneven breasts I didn't know that, I had problems during my post op I got told to take paracetamol, I was actually having capsular contraction!!!!! Utter disgrace of a company, Mr Nathan my surgeon was rude and does NOT see his patients through till the end of their journey. I would NEVER recommend transform ever they as a whole have let me down and I hate my uneven breasts.
Disgusting company takes no responsibility, they have destroyed my confidence and my career has been effected as I'm a webcam model .
Please please do not go with transform, and especially Mr Nathan . I have had previous surgeries so I know the procedures , transform have no interest in patients once they have yr money and operated on u . The journey I had with transform was emotionally and physically soul destroying and I've had NOTHING but a letter blaming everything on me !!! Disgusting service do not waste yr time or money .
I'm with spire hospital now for my next procedure 10x better than a inhuman company like transform

Please don't allow transform, or Mr Nathan to ruin Ur bodies , and please Google Mr Nathan, you will see all the negative feedback on him and will see my incident is not isolated . My surgery was 17th May 2018 and it's ruined my life

I had my surgery with the company in 2016 and initially I was very happy with the service I received. I even bought into the 10 year extended after care service.

I’d been experiencing some issues with one of my breast implants about 18 months ago and after meeting my surgeon was told it’s nothing to worry about but to get in contact if it got worse and was diagnosed as capsulation.

At the end of December I had been attempting to contact them to speak to someone as I felt it was spreading, just to put my mind at ease that everything was fine and it’s been the worst experience ever. I’d been given conflicting information about my clinic (Southampton) being closed permanently or just temporarily due to COVID. No one would speak to me, got fobbed off that their systems are down and after raising a formal complaint I’ve still not received a formal response!

They’ve now told me my surgeon isn’t even living in the Uk right now and have made no effort to put me in touch with another medical professional who could put my mind at ease. They suggested speaking to a nurse in the meantime but are now not even responding to my emails! However they can still send me marketing to try and suck me in for more procedures. A surgeon must be available to talk to me if they are continuing with surgeries!

I’ve have to raise my complaint with the Ombudsman and to the ISCAS who they escalate their complaints to in the hope I’ll get somewhere. This has caused me nothing but stress and anxiety, which you’d think during these times they would want to ease!

I had arranged to see my surgeon and arrived at Cardiff for this, after a 10/15 min chat with him, I was told because I didn't not have a supporting letter from my GP, nothing would be possible,and left. After that I contacted my GP and got another support letter, however this was still not good enough, they offered me a private phycoligical interview with there own phyciotarist specialist, for a nomical fee, although I was diagnosed with gender disphoria, this is why I wanted breast augmentation. I declined the offer and was offered of a full refund of my deposit, £500.well after 3 months of intensive chasing and a promise of a full refund, and after threatening legal action in a small claims court, today I received a payment of £350. NOT WHAT I WAS PROMICED....... £500, be careful ladies, you pay your money and take a chance. Not a very happy lady........ Take your business elsewhere......

Well what can I say about this shambolic company!! Complete cluster f@“£ from the start for my wife.let’s start with the patient coordinator, absolutely useless the website jargon states they pride themselves on after care, post op we’ve heard from her once! Leading up to her op the venue was Harley st, then 2 weeks before changed to Birmingham, then 3 days before her op back to Harley st on a totally different day meaning I would be unable to drive her there, on the day of the operation she had a time slot of 3.15pm to arrive, bearing in mind we live in Southampton and have a 2hr drive we were phoned and at 10am and told to get there ASAP! The care but the nurses at the hospital was absolutely faultless and impeccable, the consultant who carried out the surgery never saw my wife post op to say the operation had been successfully carried out! A car had been arranged for transport home which had not been filtered through to the hospital staff, another balls up by the treatment coordinator, post op we are currently having to travel too and from Fulham every week to have dressings changed, which again please transform do not make you aware of, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you’ve taken the time to read this review save your money and go elsewhere, this operation has cost £9k of hard earned money.
