That’s a very good health centre, not too so easy to parking because many shops around but still possible if you have time to wait for parking.
The cleaning very good all the areas including the toilet are totally freshly cleaned.
The attendance quick and easy.
No signs to indicate openings times what means that you have to check online before you go.

My partner went to the doctors after waiting 7 hours for a call back and was told she just had congestion.
She then ended up in hospital less than 24 hours later and has been diagnosed with sinus infection and throat infection.
Very disgusted with the service.

Awful service. i write this as i sit waiting for them to answer the phone.
30 mins in....
they just dont answer even though the surgery is mostly empty.
i do not understand why????
ive had chest pains for months and get passed from pillar to post.
NOBODY HAS EVEN PUT A STETHOSCOPE ON MY CHEST.
dissapointed is an understatement.
dont get a job giving care if you dont care.

They have you waiting for an entire day for a phone appointment, no way of knowing when they may call, don't even bother giving you a time frame just tell you up until 6:30pm. Missed a day of work waiting for the call as the last time they called I was at work and was unable to answer. So you basically have to have no plans or responsibilities for that day. If you miss the call and try to rebook, expect to be on the phone for at least 30 mins at 8:00am in the morning not knowing your position in the queue. They need to fix this promptly. I understand the strain on the NHS but as this appointment isn't for me, my personal GP are so much more informative and better at getting appointments out for their patients during this difficult situation, considering moving them to another surgery. Only gave one more star because they were brilliant during the vaccine process.

Dr Joshi was so so good. Talked me through everything in detail and really put my mind at ease. Also ensured me that going forward they’d be in touch to keep up to date. Brilliant service at such a busy and difficult time for the nhs. Thank you.

Possibly the worst surgery. Stay clear of Dr kaminiski he is vile. All the decent doctors are not permanent doctors. The doctors can’t wait to get you off the phone. They overdosed my mum on her tablets and only let her know as she rang the doctors with bad pains in her chest. Never get any follow up calls on blood tests or scans.

Generally a good service in person, the nurses are brilliant. But the telephone appointment service with a GP is awful. I keep waiting weeks for an appointment that fits around work. On the day of the appointment the call can come at any time and if you miss it there is no way to call back.

I've missed the last two Saturday appointments by seconds and now I have to rebook again when the GP is open on Monday. Surely it would be better to have an appointment slot for the call and then have a way to call or text back. It really has put me off even trying to speak to a doctor.
