Sent round the houses - London Bridge hospital etc - cut off - rude staff - 3 hours to get through for an appointment in the right area and paying for the privilege. I must come back…...

very helpful and put you at ease!! So Lucky we have been able to have Vaccination !i such a lovely well organised and very clean Place!! i am very grateful as im very sure many people would feel the Same!! So thank you very much!!

Terrible experience - As a private patient, I was disgusted with lack of information given about a blood test required for a scan and later being told I could not have a copy of the report for legal reasons. Very poor service and I would not recommend them.

Wasted a week waiting only to find there's more indefinite wait for a private scan: Called last Monday for a private scan with all details emailed as requested. Waited a week without update till this monday when I called in to check but only to be told the availability of this kind of appoitment is actually very sparse and the wait is still indefinite for Sevenoaks unless I'm willing to trave to Maidstone for appointment yet another week away from now. Very disappointed with the fact that non of these details were commuinicated when I called the first time round. Understood some particular service may not always be available but at least that should have been communicated to the patient the first time they called to avoid unnecessary delay. All staff on the phone are very friendly but the organizing and communication of appointments do need some consideration and perhaps re-design to avoid letting more down.

I have now edited my review because the report reached hospital on Friday. Appreciate that the team responded to my follow ups. Increasing from 1 star to 4 stars. Thank you team and Nicola for attending to my feedback.

Well organised, no waiting around. I arrived early. Only one person in front of me. Staff leading you to the rooms. Sterilising all surfaces when a person leaves.
Staff very friendly.

Attended 19th July evening appointment.

Looks like I wasted £150 seeing a Dr.. Seems the norm these days. Reception staff were very friendly however!

Went in with stomach cramps. They were efficient and helpful and very professional and friendly.

I hope it stays like this.
