Very rude clinical manager who doesn't understand etiquette. Wrongly accused of contacting a partner NHS service too often and was subsequently removed from their practice. When asking for evidence to support accusations against me none could be provided. Also Dr Sharif is rude and impatient. Other doctors are fine and reception staff not too bad but that clinical manager needs retraining or simple firing

Extremely friendly receptionist and nurse. They arranged for my induction with the nurse upon arrival in order to give me an appointment with the doctor within minutes. The doctor was professional and helpful. I have never, ever seen a service anything like it from a GP. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I find the system frustrating and the staff not very helpful.
Called up at 8:30am when you're meant to call to get an appointment for the next day. Was calling for 35 minutes and it was engaged. No wait queue just busy. Then when I do get through I'm told no appointments and that's it. I ask what can be done and then I'm told to call back at 15:45. If I didn't ask no one would have mentioned this. When someone is unwell and in need of an appointment they should be made aware of all option available to them, rather than there's nothing left, thank you bye!

Rude staff and mostly available only when done have their little chat away from the counter. It also seems to be impossible to see a GP and are only offered phone appointment with unknown GP two weeks away to then hopefully get an appointment. What the hell is that kind of service ? Is that what the NHS is down to now ? Or is this only at this practice ?

15/06/22 update : I had a chat with the practice manager and have been assured that the issuee with front staff will be addressed. Thank you for taking the time to answer review and taking measures to improve the practice quality with greeting patients.

Where are all the doctors??
Only one doctor on call and still only doing phone consultations. You have to call at 8.30am (but the line is engaged for 10 minutes until you get through to the switchboard) then all the appointments are gone. Call back at 3.45pm and again, 11th in the queue and all appointments are gone. I think I need to move practices to somewhere that actually has doctors.

To book an appointment you have to hold for 30 minutes, listening to a repeating message: "Patient Online Access is the best way to book an appointment..." although this Surgery does not support appointment booking via the web.

They do their very best to prevent you seeing a doctor - hence significant chance of mis-diagnosis.

Several times I have simply paid £75 to get a 15 minute same-day appointment with a private GP. OK for those of us who can afford it, but to be frank the quality of service delivered by the Clapton Surgery has gone from brilliant [2017] to terrible [2022] with no sign of improvement.

Additionally the in-house Pharmacist *never* reads the notes in the repeat prescription orders, which is extremest frustrating as you'd imagine being a Pharmacist means a level of diligence.

Absolutely worst customer service and especially surgery manager. Obnoxious, aggravating and completely useless. Nothing but frustration and a prime example of waste of valuable NHS expense.

The service I receive from this place is awful the receptionist and practice manager speak to you like your bottom of the barrel they have no customer care they very unhelpful and will sure send you to an early grave i literally had to cry and plead for any appointment. even on the phone how I spoke to by the so called manager was disgusting that I will like a recording of the conversation as it was soo unprofessional
