The most useless surgery I have ever seen! Just today I have been calling from 8 am I managed to get through just before 9am and I was put on hold for one hour and 14 minutes and as soon as the phone was answered they hanged up on me. So I rang again for a whole hour I managed to get through for 10:30 for them to only say there is absolutely no appointments left whatsoever. My child has chickenpox she has a really high fever and there are no doctors and no appointments at all so now I have to wait for tomorrow so I can call and spend another three hours on the phone and not get an appointment!! this is absolutely a joke this surgery is a joke!!!

Not even worth 1 Star.
Receptionist gave the wrong time to my appointment, I arrived with 10 minutes BEGORE the time of my appointment I had been given by the receptionist, but because they still have rules where you have to wait outside to be allowed into the doctors, they did not respond to my intercom call until 4 Minutes BEFORE the appointment.
The lady receptionist then told me that I was late by 9 minutes and that the blood test to see if I have diabetes was now needed to be re-booked. I told her not to even bother.
If she gives me the wrong times then how am I meant to be on-time.
Please stop the waiting outside to be allowed inside the build also! Absolutely nowhere else does this anymore!!!
Pathetic receptionist and pathetic ‘rules’ that no one else implements anymore.

In general, the doctors and nurses are pleasant, but not the front desk. Far from. Teach them how to do their jobs. It’s really not hard. Given the reviews on here, it is clear they need to improve on a certain area! It’s not just a ‘one off’

Have never had a worse GP practise. More than once, I have ended up having to call 111 just to get an appointment here. I appreciate the reception are limited with what they can do with regards to making appointments however, I am yet to speak to someone who has not been incredibly rude or condescending.

This is the most apalling service I have ever experienced. I have seen one GP in 2 1/2 years and that was just before lockdown began. I have medical issues but I am reluctant to approach Hollymoor because I no longer have faith in their ability. I doubt if they even read these posts because if they did, they might find the common sense to do something about all of the complaints they seem to be getting. At the age of 75, I'm wondering if there is any point in me searching for another GP practice.

Why are this surgery still implementing lockdown restrictions? You have to call at 8am and wait in hours of queues to be finally told no appointments are available. No possibility of seeing any Dr whatsoever. Absolutely appalling service!

Always told they are full to capacity for the day but went up to them try book over the desk and they tell that I can’t book over the desk I have to phone which is LIES! Trying to get an appointment is absolutely impossible! You try ringing and it dosnt even put you in a Que, just rings off after about 30 seconds. I went to the practice itself to try and book after over an hour of trying to get through. They said you can not book at the surgery itself as it is unfair on the people ringing in. I would understand if their phone line has a Que, but it dosnt. It’s just who ever rings at the right time when a phone line is free. I need urgent care as what I need looking at is effecting my line of work. This is not the first time I have had to call 111 instead of going to my GP.

I have to be honest. Yes it's difficult to get through on the phones. But the doctors are exceptionally professional. And the receptionist are working the best they can in extremely challenging times
