The Park Medical Practice

I would like to thank Dr Sharp for his concern and advice following my recent reaction to a medication . I was very impressed that he took the time to ring me a few days later during the evening to check that my symptoms had subsided. This is not the first time I have had reason to thank Dr Sharp I think he is brilliant doctor and a real assets to your practice. Thank you once again

This surgery has been utterly useless in giving me my painkiller prescriptions on time and as someone suffering with CPTSD and physical disibility they have made things very inaccessible for me and have made me and my partner whom is just trying to help me both feel not listened to and extremely frustrated. I don't recommend them at all, especially if you require your medication ordered promptly and without having to call in many times, and many of the GPs/doctors are rude and simply do not listen, nor treat you as an individual. Avoid like the plague.

Dr Binns and Dr Perkins are nice, though.

Unprofessional and they looks like dont now or dont want to do they job.
I never see the same doctor for my baby and all the problem what you have they recommends paracetamol...

I'm afraid I must agree with a lot of the reviews on here relating to the receptions staffs attitudes. Who do they think they are? 🤢
They are permanently miserable. They talk down to people as if they are superior to their peers, and, most importantly, one always gets the impression that if they could prevent you from contacting them for support, they would! Note to Staff Members: Stop being so bloody miserable towards patients, because you may also need the advice of a Doctor one day. Further, If you went for a future job interview with that same attitude you would be shown the door. #Unemployed

Awful surgery reception staff are rude, come across uninterested and stuck up they should learn how to talk to people especially as they are not the medical profession. As for doctors pick one , who do you want to see I've never seen the same doctor. Very unprofessional would prefer to see city doctors as better service, better results better staff. Wow the receptionist can't even repeat back what you say to then, than because they weren't listening your the one that's being rude. O and hung up typical of these awful surgery they are also very racist I will be changing my surgery 😢

In the past few months, I have had occasion to contact the surgery on several occasions regarding my very elderly, housebound mother.
I have dealt with at least 4 different doctors and also more recently with a District Nurse/?Paramedic and each of them has been extremely quick to respond, as well as helpful, compassionate and proactive.
I can't thank them enough for all their support, especially during these particularly challenging times.

Amazing service from park medical Shepton I personally can’t fault them

Lovely surgery and very helpful, from the receptionists, nurses and Doctors A star service. I feel they really care about their patients, it is by far the best surgery I have had in my life.
