I’ve been registered with this practice for 20+ years and have experienced nothing but great care from the Doctors & staff. 12 years of Tory mis-rule has left medical services in the UK sadly underfunded so blame the Tories not the Doctors/staff.

My family have been using this surgery for over 30 years. Lately it has become impossible for my mother to get the help she needs let alone the meds she has been prescribed. Appointments get booked and then cancelled with no reason. This has now been the third cancellation. We called to rearrange again and was told one date and then was texted a different date. The reception staff are not approachable and don't even greet you in a professional manner when on the phone. We requested a top up on some specifically prescribed meds and when we go to collect them from the pharmacy we realise that something is missing. We inform the pharmacy and they tell us its a GP issue. We tell the GP and they tell us it is a pharmacy issue. We are sick of the slack service and being pushed from pillar to post. If you are thinking of joining, don't. In 30 years, this is the worst it has ever been.

awful services, desgusting customer services, they never send the prescriptions on time to the pharmacy, you need to call 10 times for the same issue, receptionist annoyed every time you ask them anything, just do yourself a favour do not ever register here is a waste of time and energy, absolutely frustrating and no efficiency. They don't care about patients who need to have their medication ON TIME. 0 care given. Happened to us every time we need them. In fact we will go private and move to a different gp practice asap.

A family member with learning disability was joining a gym, we asked for letter from the doctor so that another person could go into gym with him. Sent the email to reception and received the letter promptly and the doctor was very supportive.

Getting an appointment at this surgery is a nightmare. You will never see or hear from a doctor. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. When you call reception in the morning, all you get is an automated response saying you will be called back, which never happens.

It’s absolutely impossible to see my GP! It has been like this even pre-Covid times, since Covid it is just another “better” excuse not to work!
Appointments insanely over the period of anyone requires medical attention, in person it is not possible to talk to anyone rather than on their intercom from the outside of the building in rain and whatever conditions.
Today was my last day I pursued them, and thanks I don’t need this anymore, even an enemy would treat me with more respect and attention! Those 5* reviews don’t feel me, too much of the too same, stinks of fakery!

Spoke to five patients from this surgery this week that have had the phone hung up on them in the past 2 years.
You can't get through. You can't get an appointment and you get the phone hung up on you by a Dr?
No coincidence all these patients did not have "english" names.

Been a patient here for a while. As has my mother and father. If you have a bad experience you must complain and flag it to the regulators. What is happening here is not right or fair. When i complained about the telephone messaging service i was told "what message service?" then "you are the only one to complain" There is a documentary coming out later this year - a patients seriously failed care and it shows some harrowing experiences when trying to access the right care following a misdiagnosis. No patient should be mistreated in any way for trying to access care.
ON THE ADVICE OF A REGULATOR WHO IS AWARE OF ISSUES NOW REPORTING ONE OF THE DR'S FOR REFUSING TO CONTACT A PATIENT HAVING AN ADVERSE REACTION TO A DRUG. ON THE ADVICE OF THE REGULATORS - LET THAT SINK IN.

My 5 star rating is for Dr Brothers - she is an outstanding GP. I have had some up and down experiences with a few of the GP’s at this practice before, but Dr Brothers has never made me feel rushed, silly or unheard. She is always so patient and willing to listen to any ramblings, and she is so concise with the information she provides!
