A surgery not fit for purpose. They expect you to call from 8am to get an appointment - you get in a 30-40 minute queue only to be told they 'don't book for the future' and you have to call back at 11:30am, only for it to happen again. It is a disgrace that a surgery as large as this is offering substandard care to patients, disregarding that many people are in work and cannot be sitting on hold for long periods and that people who are ill or disabled struggle to ring at these times only to be denied an appointment.

'We don't book for the future'? Absurd and negligent.
Avoid if you want actual care.

Awful service and constant wrong information being delivered at this practice. Untrained and quite frankly idiotic workers at this gp and I would advise anyone around Harringay not to go to this practice. Since covid the level of healthcare and general customer service has dropped drastically with the current staff available unfortunately. Also the Dr Iq app needs to be done properly so people can actually quickly get appointments or be removed since it has been causing issues for me personally especially as a night shift worker.

Since when does the receptionist give medical advice?. I dont really call the doctors only when I cant bear anymore. I called and explained my symptoms and then the receptionist told me to take paracetamol and that I dont need to come. When I asked for her name she put me on hold and 'suddenly' was able to book an appointment for me. Obviously these phone calls are recorded so perhaps the main manager is able to check this. Just imagine I listened to the receptionist took a tablet which I shouldn't have. Who is there to blame then ?

They are the worst medical center I have ever had to go to. I have explained several times that I need to see a Dr because I have a medical treatment and I need a blood test and they always answer the same. Come tomorrow and we'll give you an appointment. Every time I come back they tell me the same thing. I have called and they tell me the same thing. I have sent messages through their app and they tell me the same thing. They don't care about their patients at all. Until today even without a medical appointment and without a blood test (almost two months trying)

Dr Waller* and the Asian woman (wish I could remember her name), she normally works at reception and has worked there a while. She and Dr Waller are my super heros. Also the maternity team under Whittington are incredible. Massive thanks. Every time my children have been seen by Dr Waller he's gone above and beyond even in moments where I can see he is tired he's been brilliant and thorough. I mention those two member of staff particularly because they have also remembered my kids which makes a difference at feeling like your children matter. So thank you at Anne's and especially you two amazing humans.

it's the worst, I've been waiting for 3 weeks for my results and when I call, they don't answer. I have a problem with the thyroid and they don't do anything all the time, I ask them for tests to take pills. And I had a miscarriage at the discretion of the thyroid. It is at the discretion of the doctor

The worst service ever clearly they are collecting money as someone who had to call a&e as I had a blood clot in my lungs and they fail to even get my medication right and even the paramedic who attended my emergency said " no wonder they have 2 stars" I regret signing up with them and CQC should definitely be investigating them
