The GP ITS absolutely nightmare , there are no appointments , the staff is very very rude with everyone , I would NOT recommend this GP for anyone they treat you very bad and not helping people , last week I had an appointment and the waiting time was one hour , I am very disappointed about his service !! Absolutely disappointed

Called to book an appointment between the hours 8-9am, told me there were not appointments available and subsequently hung up on me before I could give them a reply :(

Girls are reception were very friendly and happy to help to any questions that I had. Carol did my son's vaccination and was amazing. Very clean place.

My daughter recently had to apply for a C5 provisional driving licence in order to begin a paramedic degree apprenticeship course. Our GP had to fill in a form and carry out a 5-10 min examination which was then forwarded to DVLA. The form was completed incorrectly resulting in a delay of 4 weeks and to add insult to injury we were charged £240. This charge is to a school leaver applying for an NHS post so I believe it’s an absolute disgrace. As an ex emergency services employee I volunteered to drive ambulances at the height of the pandemic - paramedics were dropping like flies - I was paid less for completing 12 hour shifts!
To say I’m fuming is an understatement and I would very much like an explanation as to why there is any charge at all.

Terrible experience!! Lost £150 on an teeth whitening kit that has never been explained to me. The practice rushed to take my money but when it came to receive the proper guidance and training on how to do this at home, I got a 3 words email (sent by Dr KUMAR) and a very confusing explication by a receptionist that confused herself in statements over the phone. The WORST this is that I have decided to cancel my appointment in a respectable practice in Central London and go to Enfield because my work colleague talked so highly about this dentist practice. THE REALITY is that the service you get is beyond poor!!!! Rushed conversations with the receptionist over the phone, very late responses back to the queries you raise.
I am gutted with this HUGE mistake I made and my loss of time... I waited 1 whole month to get my whitening teeth started and another full week to get my guidance steps so that today I get 3 words emails on a process that is sooooooo IMPORTANT!
You cannot play with your whitening teeth process as you cannot risk uneven shades or increased sensitivity to your teeth after such process.
I am literally crying!!!!! :(((
DO NOT RECCOMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE!!!
I wish I could have read in more depth the experiences of the people below... I promise you I am not joking when I look bad and see how BIG is the MISTAKE I have done... NO ONE CAN GIVE ME BACK MY TIME..

I would have given this practice 0 stars if it was possible. Dr Kumar Senior is routinely late for a first appointment of a day (in my case he was 40 min late). Getting a face to face appointment is near impossible and if you manage to persuade a receptionist to give you a GP call back, a window for a call back is so large you can't do anything for the most of a day, you have to make sure you don't miss it because you only get one ring and that's it, you are back to square one. Most of the GP advice on a phone is to go to urgent care center or AE which makes you question existence of this practice. All this is allegedly inline with local policies introduced by Medicus. Better find another GP clinic.

Fantastic service from Alex. My son came in for Micro-suction, having struggled to hear for a while. Appointment was prompt, all staff were friendly and treatment was painless and successful. Thank you very much!

This was my first time at this surgery, arrived early for my appointment and was seen before my appointment time, the doctor was very polite. Extremely happy with the service I received. Would recommend this surgery to family and friends
