I have been attending this clinic for 4 years. I am always happy with their services in every department. The doctors are very professional and friendly. I have always been treated quickly and taken care of well. The premises are kept very clean, the place has a warm and family friendly atmosphere, the prices are lower than other private care clinics I've been to. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Phonix Medical dental Clinic in Watford offered our whole family dental treatment according to the highest professional medical standards. We are very happy we found such a place in the UK! The staff is very friendly and the doctors are excellent in putting the patient at ease! And when we phoned because of an emergency they where always there for us! 5 stars!

Booked a dentist for today at 10am, I had to take my wife to the hospital in the morning so I promptly called as soon as possible to move the booking since I couldn't attend. To my surprise the lady on the phone told me (even if I mentioned my urgency this morning) that I was "wasting everybody's time", after notifying me that there was a cancellation fee and I couldn't just move the appointment (policy that I can deal with even if I find it questionable). I understand my notice was very short, for which I've lost my deposit, but I find unacceptable this customer service - for no reason you should tell anybody they're wasting your time. Don't think I'm ever going to contact them again. Shameful.

Highly Recommend place, I have been suffering from chronic sinus infection and cough for about 2,5 years, finally I got my health back and it's all because of Dr Anna Lotz, such a wonderful doctor, one of the best I ever had. Thank You so much for everything you've done to me and I am so happy I've found a doctor like You.

Not reccomend at all. Waste of time and money. We took our son to a dentist and my wife has shown the her exact tooth that was causing pain. Dentist said that all teeth are good and she didn't do anything else apart of saying that our son shouldn't eat anything sweet and brush his teeth with adult toothpaste. Our son left with the same pain as he had before the visit and we were charge extra £40 due to additional covid cleaning (I don't know what sort of cleaning is required for that sort of money). 2 weeks later we took our son to different dentist who diagnosed tooth decay in that tooth and they sorted it out. Maybe that dentist know how to treat adults, but in our opinion she doesn't have a clue how to work with children.

Have contacted the clinic twice to book an app after reading somewhat good reviews but was unable to get through. Clinic supposedly open but no one seems to be manning the phone as got voicemail on both occasions. Left a message a week ago and no response. Tried again today and also no response. For a private clinic, customer service is abhorrent.

Response from the owner following my review also inadequate - of course I am NOT a patient since I had been unable to get through to the clinic! You may wish to address the real issue I came across, namely ability to get through to book an appointment and timely response following leaving a message on your voicemail as calling back after a WEEK is neither timely not adequate for a PRIVATE clinic.

Rude and ignorant doctor... Absolutely waste of time and money... Charged £100 for 10 mins visit and not even checking our baby's problem neither answering to our concerns. Our baby has been suffering with fever for 5 days in a row that's why we booked to go see a private Paediatrics to avoid NHS long wait. He hasn't even checked our baby's temperature! At the end he is asking us if we want him to prescribe anti biotic for our baby. What kind of doctor ask such questions from their patient? You are the doctor and you should know whether is necessary to give anti biotic or not. You are supposed to be the expert otherwise why should we bring our baby to your clinic in the first place? We were very unhappy with the service and the doctor didn't seem to care at all. Not a single word of apology neither telling us how to raise a complain if we are not satisfied with the service.

By far the best dental care I've had in the UK! Preventative treatment with a focus on your broader dental health, rather than just addressing immediate problems, and all very reasonably priced, particularly given the very high quality of care. Very friendly, helpful receptionists, and a very clean and calming environment. Would give 6 stars if I could!
