Standard!!!... for any NHS establishment that you have to wait at least for 30mins for your appointment after the time stated. But, well worth the wait; patient centred healthcare by a well informed practitioner!!! Doctor allowed me to take ownership of my treatment from a variety of options. Excellent!!

My son had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic on a Friday afternoon and the doctor at this surgery could not be less interested. Said he would send a new prescription through and put the phone down with out tell him where to collect the prescription or anything else for that matter. The doctor obviously was in a rush to get off to his weekend activities. I remain very concerned over my sons welfare. He is en route to A & E now. The bad reputation the NHS has is very well earned thanks to the appalling behaviour of the medical staff at this surgery. This incident in a form of a complaint will now be raise with the care quality commission.

My husband and I have just had our first Oxford Astra Zeneca vaccination at the Claypath Medical Centre (Green Lane). We cannot praise too highly the efficiency of the service and the pleasantness of the staff.

Too disappointed in they way one of their receptionist, Gemma, treated me. I had booked an appointment on the phone for 10 am on a Saturday, however, got multiple confirmation messages on Friday for different timings with the last one confirmed for 11:10 am. Tried calling back to confirm the timing but the staff was unreachable. I reached the hospital at 10:20 hoping I would get to see the doctor at 11:10 am but this woman at the reception was so unprofessional, rude, and impatient to even listen to my concern.

Absolutely appaling been trying to get an appointment for approx 7month ring every morning religiously to no avail and the little hitlers on the desk need sacking off there attatude is shocking

Them: 'we will ring you to discuss the results'
Also them: 'you need to wait till tomorrow to ring to book an appointment to discuss the results'

Can I please not be messed around?

I had my first Covid 19 vaccination on 11/1/21, and the second on 10/3/21.
Both were done at Green Lane Medical Centre.
The staff were very efficient, polite and friendly
I only waited about 5 minutes each time and was treated with great respect by all.
Thanks for a job well done.

Would rather see a witch doctor than the poor excuse if a lead GP at this place, no clue and does not listen. Buy hey a 2yr old is a picture of health one day but next is diagnosed with coeliac.
