It is a long wait for appointment bookings. So if you book for an issue the issue is gone by the time your date arrives. When you're at the surgery waiting, you always wait way past your appointment time. I waited 45 minutes for my appointment and had to be seen by someone else because the person I was suppose to see called in sick and the person that took her patients was running late.

It would be nice to know that before hand. If I'm late for an appointment due to some unforeseen circumstance, I have to wait extra long or rebook.

But this surgery is ALWAYS a long wait. I'd be ok if I didn't have to go to work after.

Doctors can be nonchalant and reckless with your health and symptoms, almost dismissive with their remarks. I find it incredulous when they ask "what would you like me to do?" If I knew I wouldn't be sat in the GP office would I?!

Shorter hours, high wages and endangering peoples health. What happened to 'do no harm?'

Receptionists can be impolite and condescending. Yes you work at a GP Practice, but you're not qualified to diagnose or assess my needs.

Infuriating and disappointing is what it is.

6 weeks to get medical records on system when signed up (had forgotten to do it)

Don't out your trust in this surgery, go to Glapwell medical centre, next day appointments!

On two occasions now I have contacted the surgery and been assured that I will get a call back from a GP, however this has not been facilitated is there any wonder people use appointments instead of waiting for a call.

Worst Doctors ever! I very rarely go to the Drs, but when you call to make an appointment you're then told to visit their website and fill in a form. So imagine getting a return text saying you could be having a heart attack and to go to A&E what if my phone doesn't have any service? Or like some people I do not have my phone strapped to my body 24/7. It is pathetic that in this day an age Dr's hide behide technology and you can't even talk to a Dr. What a fob off and I know I am NOT having a heart attack. If it was that much of a life or death situation YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME!! Instead you have me waste A&E time, and my time sat there SIX hours only to be told to go back to see my doctor, what a joke when your Dr's are pathetic and won't even take your call. Can't wait to move house so I no longer have to be at this Dr's and God help you if you're REALLY ill or suspect you might have cancer. If you can, try and find another Dr's.

I must say how pleased I was with the service I received today. I telephoned at 11.15 and was put on the triage list for a sameday callback. I had a face to face appt at 4.15 and received a prescription soon afterwards. Thank you for seeing me promptly in these trying times.

The way the receptionist speak to me on the phone was discustting saying my medical emergency is not and emergency

Today is the first time I have used the on line medical request form, and nothing could be easier. The questions were very clear and understandable, there was sufficient space for me to describe symptoms. Within minutes of submitting the form it had been reviewed by a Dr and a plan of action decided. I submitted the form mid morning and by late morning the problem was dealt with.
I am most definitely impressed and will use this method of contact again.

Went to this practice for the 1st time today and had a treatment with the nurse Emma . Lovely lady, explained everything very clearing and totally put me at ease. Very positive experience
