The Burwell Surgery

I think the doctor's are all nice and really friendly as the nurses are as well thank you for your good work keep it up x

I feel very fortunate to have access to such a good local GP surgery. The online Ask Your GP service is quick and efficient and allows those who do need urgent attention, to be seen the same day (certainly in my experience).

Good doctors who listen to concerns I have.

The support and care provided to me by this practice in the last ~11 years has been top notch. Helpful staff, the nicest nursing team you could hope to meet, the admin and dispensary teams and of course the doctors themselves. Not all interactions are positive, depending on our own expectations, but this is rare and doesn’t detract from the overall picture of what a great practice this is.

This surgery has always been extremely responsive and provided excellent physical and psychologixal care for me and my family.

This has to be the best doctors surgery ever …they have gone the extra mile for me and I’m humbled by the lengths Dr Manning has gone to sort me out

Professional and caring practice, Dr Wills and staff have maintained an excellent level of care throughout the chaos of the last two years.

Never had any issues at all, the staff are brilliant, the dispensary staff are wonderful. Dr manning and Dr wills have helped me out so much in the last couple of years and I cannot fault them at all. This is probably the best surgery I have ever used.

The new doctor Kendall is a horrifically uncaring human. I was made to feel weird for not wearing boxers as I have fibromyalgia, then banned from seeing my normal doctor as I touched her finger. This is genuinely the worst doctors I've been to my entire life. I've now gone private and they have done more for me in 3 months than Burwell has done the 3 years I've been there. If you can go elsewhere to see a doctor trust me you won't regret it.
