This Doctors surgery was great before covid. With their new procedures in place around appointments I’m sure they hope that you either get well or die before you get to talk to your GP. Their ring in the morning for maybe an appointment or a phone call consultation, which by the way you must answer in 3 rings or they hang up, is not fit for purpose. They text you with instructions to ring up and book an appointment to review my medication with their Pharmacist. I have to ask myself what is the point I’ve been on the same meds for over ten years.what on earth is a Pharmacist going to tell me different he/she has no idea of my health issues, how they are progressing or deteriorating. The Lennard’s Surgery is letting down it’s patients with extremely poor management. However if you do manage to break through the restrictive system the treatment you receive is always great.

Lennard Surgery has always been poor - you cant ring anytime of the day - you always get told to ring back in the morning and then have to sit in a 30+ call queue... It's bonkers that this day in age we have to ring up to speak to a receptionist - the online is a waste of time as no appointments are ever available so you have to ring up. Just to point out the doctors themselves are great, just the surgery itself and service is appalling and its just got worse since covid.

I've been with the surgery for over 20 years and have very rarely had a problem with appointments. The staff and doctors are generally excellent, especially with the recent restrictions due to Covid.

Receptionist/Health Care worker (?!) practically accused me of lying when I queried why I didn't receive my 'Telephone' appointment call !! She said it was booked as a face to face appointment. I had the apt card in front of me clearly stating 'Telephone' at the top! Was then offered their so called earliest apt' for 2.5 wks time when I needed to speak to the Dr or the Pharmacist that day not 2 and a half weeks time, or alternatively to ring Tues at 8.30am when I will be working (Mon is bank holiday!) or lastly call 111. This was their error, not mine but instead of trying to rectify the mistake this is how I was treated !! Not even an apology - I'm so sick and tired of the Receptionists who think they are medically trained to assess the importance of my illness and situation.

I receive a message to phone surgery about my medication . Waited over 25 minutes in cue position one, to be told I must phone back in the morning! The surgery is broken. I feel no point in phoning back, guess I wait to see if I get a call from them. Disappointed is a understatement!

It is impossible to get an appointment at this so called doctors surgery, when and if you get through on the phone you are met with a receptionist who does everything in her power to prevent you from having any access to a doctor. You have to tell the receptionist all your symptoms, a person who is not medically qualified and they then decide what is the best course of action is not the doctor, some serious condition or symptoms could be missed . They are messing with peoples lives like this.

Unfortunately 1star is to much for the service my wife recently received from the surgery. The receptionist MARIA was the rudest person we have ever come across, had no interest in trying to help, continued to talk over my wife and wouldn’t listen so to be able to help. Just felt like anything that my wife requested was to much as she just kept saying “call tomorrow” “ I can’t help with that” seriously considering raising a complaint with the relevant people against this member of staff. It does amaze me how people like this get jobs dealing with the general public.

An utterly shambolic excuse for a surgery. The doctors themselves are great, but you’ll need to be at deaths door or willing to wait for 4 weeks to see one. Just getting past the receptionist is enough to raise your blood pressure. Tried to book an appointment for my daughter (under 2 years old). Couldn’t get through on the phone so used the online service. Received a text confirming her appointment on the 14th July. Today is the 17th June. Called to complain and was cut off when I got to the front of the queue. Called again and waited 30 minutes to speak to a receptionist.
