I put one star because I can not put zero. Doctor appointment impossible to get. Phone triage almost as bad. Phoned 8 in the morning and the voice on the call said to me to press 1 to retain the position in the queue. I did it. They sent me a message that they have not been able to phone me. I checked my phone numerous time and found no call. When I read the message, I immediately called them back and they replied that the appointments for today were all gone and I have to call tomorrow as a person has time to waste every day calling them to not receive any appointments.

Pointless trying to get an appointment if you work full time. You phone at exactly 8 o'clock and you are 29 in the queue. e-consult is never operational. No wonder A&E is so busy

The worst surgery you can never get an appointment. Tried ringing was number 1 in the queue for 15 mins so drove down there and there was no one there only 1 patient in the waiting room so they just ignore the phone. There was a 6 hour wait in the walk in they were absolutely rushed off their feet and all the time doctors surgeries are empty.

Don't even bother ringing in as you won't get an appointment. Now you can't even put on an e-consult form online. So what exactly do they do now if not seeing patients?

Drs surgery’s get poor reps these days due to struggling funds from nhs, granted it can be hard to get an appt but feel that this drs surgery has really supported me and my family this week thank you for your hard work

I moved to the area from the South, just over 2 years and have a complex medical history, as does my son, so was dreading finding a new Dr's. My previous surgery was awful apart from my actual Dr. His family had been our family Drs,since I was young, and I would only ever see him, due to his extensive knowledge of my medical complexities & needs and my sons. I was so worried how I would be treated by a surgery who knew nothing about my family, and would have different practice methods to my old surgery, plus knowing I'd probably see different Dr's each time.
Well I can honestly say I didn't need to worry, the reception staff have been the kindest, caring, most helpful people I could ask for. Nothing is ever a problem, they are always polite and have really helped when I've needed it, even during the pandemic. The Dr's also have been amazing, all the ones I have seen or spoken too, have all listened, been supportive, and have actually take time to understand my medical history, rather than ignore me and treat me like I don't know what I'm talking about, which happens a lot when referred to Dr's or Consultants. I've never had a problem getting an appointment and when they say they willc call, they do, even doing e consults. I honestly cannot thank the staff and the Dr's enough, because we were never treated this way at my last surgery , certainly not by the reception and admin team! So thank you it all has been very appreciated.

After deciding to get an X-ray privately I was told I need a GP referral. I called the surgery to be told to call back at 8am. So I have to queue just to ask for a referral which I was told the doctor will send for me. Well could I get through? Not a chance. So I use e consult and get a txt the next day telling me I’m going to be called by Paul from physio. Well he didn’t t call and I still want an X-ray. I’ve been assessed physio and was in agony for days after. What do I have to do to get an X-ray?
