Impossible to get an appointment. Have been trying since last three days. Today called at 7:59AM for 47 times but didn't get through. Gave up at 8:22AM and called again at 9:58AM and got connected after 26 mins of waiting to hear that all the appointments for the day were already gone. So pathetic! It's everyday's story, either you will not get through the line or you will be connected to hear, "sorry no appointment left for the day. Please call tomorrow at 8AM"

After years I've rarely had good experiences booking appointments here. This morning I waited over 20 minutes AT NUMBER ONE in the phone queue, and gave up.

Impossible to get through! They have lost my husbands prescription and now want us to email in with what he needs! Absolutely shocking patient service!

Someone there misplaced my NHS registration form so I had to go back to fill a new one, only to experience bad customer service. I ended up registering at Parkfield Medical Center instead and they were quite pleasant there.

What has happened to what was once a wonderful surgery with brilliant GPs?! Phone service is awful, rude receptionists, dreadful to say the least.

I saw Elaine Goddard for my medical review and was extremely impressed by her professionalism. I was seen on time and she explained the process which involved taking my blood pressure and a blood test which was painless! She called me with the results 5 days later. Excellent service. Thank you Elaine!

Difficult to book appointments.Unfortunately they do not allow this online, so this results in a telephone race and all lines become full each day within seconds.

However their care is excellent when you do manage to be seen.

Oh my goodness, an hour ago (12:10pm) I was in the queue at number 2 and 15 minutes on I was number 1 in the queue - it is 13:10pm and I am still number 1 in the queue - what on earth is going on. How can a busy person ever get an appointment, when they are able to set aside some time because they know it is going to be a long wait anyway - dreadful
