Absolutely appalling treatment of a possible volunteer. They need to get the lift fixed it’s a dangerous hazard. It apparently wasn’t just me to get stuck in it but a member of staff said it often happens to her.

Also my time and effort were entirely wasted.

I was running late and tried to call but no one answered. Called several times, even left a message. Got there 20mins late to be told they cant do my scan. I was livid. I have mobility issues and had to travel by public transport. They Never answer their phone. Useless staff, very unprofessional . Will be asking my gp to refer me somewhere else
