Helpful and friendly receptionist, don’t know their name, when I called 10/5/22 and Dr Royals dealt with my telephone appointment for my child in a wonderfully sensitive and kind manner. I have seen Dr Royals as a patient myself also and she was kind and easy to talk to.

Can't get an appointment. Can't get my prescription on repeat as I can't speak to my doctor. Cant book an advance appointment for 3 weeks. No open reception. Going to end up going through withdrawals all because reception cba.

Open the surgery again. We need help and easy access to our medication.

"Caller number one" from 11:00-12:40 on the general enquiries option regarding a very important prescription update for a lady in her nineties. Hung up and called again to try the appointment option to get an automated message saying they close at 12:00 for lunch. Logging a complaint with the commissioner.

Today I waited nearly an hour on the phone queue to book an appointment and on the end they told me to.... calll again tomorrow TO BOOK an appointment....
I explained that I feel very bad, but may be it was not important.
I missed my work today because I feel bad and now I have to miss another working day tomorrow, to be able to call and wait the queue again.
Several weeks ago I had booked a phone appointment for my daughter and I waited, but nobody called me. I rung later in the day to ask why and a lady told me only that no connection with the secretary. No excuse, no calls.
I wonder if it is a health service???

Phoned at 11.30. No 7 in the que finally answered at 12.25. Needed antibiotics. Receptionist wanted to know all about my problem and condition. Felt very uncomfortable speaking. Finally agreed to put me on triage list and would get a phone call the same day. Guess what no call.

Absolutely shocking very rarely call doctors but when you need to you ring 8.30 to a recorded message saying dealing with others and call back later. You call back by 9am and there are no appts anyway, joke.....
