Awful. Leave you on a sofa, never admit you until the suicide attempts become on multiple occasions. Leave you too it in the hospital. Forget meds. Let you wonder around. Discharge with no proper follow up plan. All they care about is beds and ways around no admitting or getting rid with in hours. My brother got left to Rome the streets highly sedated at 7am in the morning because they took him is as emergency but told him the next morning after sedation and being on a sofa that they had no beds and he had to go. After a suicide attempt, hearing voices. Highly medicated for his schizophrenia and didn’t inform the family so he walked along the motorway. Awful awful awful

The system is broken, this NHS facility is not fit for purpose, they are under staffed, under funded and under pressure,

The absolutely shameful way this facility treats its “service users” is beyond inhuman, the staff are woefully under qualified for the daily tasks facing them and therefore they are unable to fully exercise their duty of care, and in tern that is costing lives, this is not hyperbole, it is a fact, it is also my lived truth.

Something needs to change ❗️

Frays ward is shambles. My dad has been admitted there since last sat. Every single time we call they are not even giving any information. No doctor wants to speak about his condition or what treatment has been given to him. All the reviews people have left them are correct. They keep patients as prisoners with no way of knowing what is going on with them. Its us tax payers money that is being wasted on useless staff. I would recommend not sending anyone here. I wish I didn't even have to give them one star.

This place is not a therapeutic atmosphere for people suffering with mental health issues. I was admitted onto Frays Ward as an informal patient that was experiencing psychosis. During my stay on the ward, the only treaent I received was medication. They dose patients up on benzo's so they are walking zombies. Any time you approach a member of staff for a chat or to raise an issue you get given meds and get told to go away to your bedroom. They have no therapeutic activities to keep patients occupied, have insulting staff members that like to us force on patients and they don't like it when someone challenges their decisions. I have had a very unenjoyable stay during my time here. There is no communication between doctors and patients and even less between patients and nurses. The TV is stuck on 1 channel that the staff refuse to change and people are just left alone in their head. The food is awful, the kind you wouldn't feed to your dog. I really would not recommend going to this hospital if you are suffering with mental health issues. They falsify information and do not let patients know their rights. Overall it is a very sad state to see where tax payers money is being spent in a hospital like this.

Staff need lessons in how to be courteous and empathetic.

My son spent 28 days in Frays ward, very nice friendly and professional staff, especially the doctor. My son had his own room with a bathroom. Food was amazing.

Still struggling to heal from my extremely traumatic experiences of being on their ward. The staff are appalling and not all safe to be around vulnerable people. I am yet to even receive so much as an apology or acknowledgement of serious complaints nor any after care or help to deal with the TRAUMA they put me through

As a family member, most hospitals could not be bothered with you, but the staff at this hospital took the time to explain everything step by step as it was happening, and I was treated with respect at all times! My loved one was confused and disoriented and was cared for very well. It was really a breath of fresh air, and other hospitals could take note, obviously the patients have a different memory because it is a tough time for them, but my loved one improved rapidly and the staff called me whenever he needed anything and even took the trouble of combing the hospital for a lost parcel! Thank you!

This room in Riverside hillingdon Centre is hell on earth this assessment room 1 smells of urine the staff care is appalling from most they do not bring medical attention or duty of care- for future reference on 10-11-2021 patient in this room has left a pray on the wall to care for all who are brought here!
Assessment room 2 patient asked for a female nurse and staff reassured they were coming but they didn't come. She was forced to explain the situation with the male staff
