Very good service at the Loughborough dealership. However, the central booking system is less than poor, the long wait to talk to an representative, the particular one I eventually spoke to, and her Manager, did not know the regulation regarding the earliest date for booking a time slot prior to it's original registration date for an MOT!!!. I was was on the phone call for 30 minutes, this is not acceptable.

Booked a test drive with Jordan at Loughborough back in March and placed an order on the same day. Jordan’s been great at keeping in touch and my handover for my new car this week was well organised and very efficient. So pleased with the car. It’s absolutely brilliant! Thanks Jordan!

Always professional yet friendly. Nikkita was very helpful and the reception team always make you feel special & welcome. Car underwent recall adjustment to air bag & this was carried out efficiently and valet did a great job, returning the car in immaculate condition

This is a very personal dealership who go above and beyond for their Customers. Have used for purchases of cars and ongoing services. Had a small issue just caused with a slight lack in communication. Leanne the site manager phoned up to get to the bottom of it and went above and beyond what you would expect anyone to do.

Absolutely appalling service, the worst experience in my 5 years of visiting this dealership.

There was no courtesy car available so I was given a staff members car which was not cleaned and was overdue a service.
I was then not informed when the car would be ready to collect so I had to ring multiple times to get an update.
Only to then be told that I would be getting a health check update via email which never happened and we came to the conclusion (after a week of phone calls) that the health check was not done! Multiple lies and excuses from the staff which is extremely annoying as a customer. I will not be visiting this place again.

Absolutely shocking service from a bunch of liars. Avoid at all costs. Quoted price for a key replacement saying it could be done while car was in for a service. Turned up only to be told it's x for the key plus y for coding and it will be another two weeks. After speaking to the so called manager I made a comment that last time I was here for a service I had to return because they'd "forgotten" to put the correct amount of oil in. So called manager then said fine were not going to service your car either. Have now been to Mercedes-Benz Nottingham and ordered the key for the same price Loughborough Mercedes-benz quoted originally.

I have been warned regarding the service at Leicester hence booked in for a safety recall at Loughborough. I must admit they went above and beyond , wonderful lady at front of house and a quick check on the car also informed me of an MOT failure which I got sorted immediately, thank you
