What amazing people work in the customer service front desk.
Today I dropped off my lorry for service and immediately I was taken care of. Not by one person but two ladies and one gentleman delt with my lorry and me. Plus I got my courtesy vehicle in no time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. It was absolutely fantastic experience. So rare in these days.

I had booked my vehicle to get the brakes done. After 4.30 hours later and NO update., I asked and the staff there are not fit for purpose. To think customer value matters. Not here. DON'T GET ANYTHING DONE AT SPARSHATT.

If the driver of the parts van this morning on the A249 (at 8.15am) demonstrates the behaviour of employees at this dealer then I would avoid at all cost!
When a van breaks down on the inside lane of a roundabout and vehicles already behind the stationary vehicle are indicating to move over a lane they do not expect to be gesticulated at by a van driver with a company name all over it ! Then, when trying to move out to get past the stationary vehicle I wouldn't have expected the Spashatts Parts driver to stop his van dead in the hope of trying to get me to to drive into the side of it ! The hand gestures from the driver as I was finally let out (by the driver behind behind him) and then was able to regain my lane were also not what I would expect and were certainly not professional.
Aggressive driving that has no place on the roads.

Worse Manager ever in this store,
Last year I have taken my car to them and the only thing what they did ( try) and been charged and the problem still there.
I went back to them and they said they will try this and that they will not know if the problem will be resolved.
What we talking about unprofessional ruthless and 0 experienced people.
This year a different manager worse then other one.
Manager words Let’s see watts happening on a different store were my car was taken and find the problem. Seriously I thought they can do better but no improvement at all.
One word Unprofessional from the manager start ......

Not that great, some staff think they are a cut above you. Really...just cos you walk around in Mercedes uniforms doesn't make you any better.
