Rygor Mercedes-Benz Commercial Dealership in Nuneaton

This place doesn't even deserve 1star.
Ok I had a problem with my sprinter van so called Rygor to ask if they'd have a look, the lady who spoke to me I found so rude and abrupt that I was shocked she is representing Mercedes Benz.
My vehicle is owned by my company and they are responsible for the repairs and servicing etc. I just did the leg work to arrange the vehicle being assessed.
The receptionist was so demanding , I was made to feel so uncomfortable by her attitude, all she wanted to know how you paying I want details she said, not could I take some details please as you would expect.
Anyway I took the vehicle into Rygor Nuneaton even though I didn't want to because of how I had been treated so far, but unfortunately this was the only place as my vehicle needed attention right away.

I walked into the reception area of Rygor Nuneaton not to be greeted by a hello or smile but a look from the receptionist like I was scum. It was the lady I was speaking to on the phone, and straight away her first words were , how are you paying for the diagnostics.
I explained politely that my company would be using a company credit card , her reply was You better get somebody to call me from your company, so I called my manager ready to pass over the phone to the receptionist to give the payment details.
My manager answered and to my dissbelief the receptionist just walked off to a room next to the reception area, as my manager was on the phone I called through to advise the receptionist but her reply was I'm busy you'll have to wait.
I could go on and on about the terrible customer service I received but I don't want to write a book.
I didn't feel like a customer , I felt like some sort of enemy for the unexceptable way I was spoken to.
GO ELSE WHERE PEOPLE IF ITS NOT URGENT.
IM UTTERLY DISGUSTED AND SHOCKED.

Friendly & knowledgeable people. Went out their way to get my truck back on the road after a problem with it. Also, B serviced another one of ours at short notice. Highly recommended.

Managed to fit me in for a B service on a Sprinter at short notice.

Excellent friendly service from all concerned. Will happily use again and recommended to others.

Dug me out of the brown and sticky stuff when my nearest Mercedes commercial dealership and third party parts suppliers all didn’t have the required part at short notice; checked their stockroom, took payment over the phone and kept it reserved for me until I turned up to collect. Absolutely fantastic service, which justified the longer than expected drive to Nuneaton.

Said they would get someone to ring me to discuss my problem They never did. When I missed my appointment they denied ever saying it. Rebooked, phoned up to cancel again and no one had a record of my vehicle being booked in. I’ll go elsewhere next time

I cannot thank these lads enough for the service my company received in trying to sort out one of my vehicles. As an owner of a company time is money and not only that its the disruption it caused with a vehicle being off the rd especially in the summer and it was a landscaping vehicle. Mark in parts and my special thanks to Nathan who responded and dealt with my issue quickly and professionally goes beyond words. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Its a shame you don't fix VW because as a T4 owner i would have been there all the time...we cant have everything........

Absolutely superb service and great value. Manager and staff always helpful and polite.I was fully updated throughout work being carried out. COVID precautions were spot on whilst I waited in reception with hot drinks available. Highly recommend and will be going back again.

Easy place to find ,upon arrival your be greeted by guys in reception who like everyone there are a credit to the company ,place is clean and tidy well laid out ,dont take a trl with you as they cant accommodate, was given company van to get back to yard and to my suprise was clean and fueled .these guys know there stuff and respect other peoples trucks and dont leave the dreaded dealer grease every where .tip top company and have a yard full of unimogs so something to look at whilst waiting .
