Spoke to a very helpful young lady took some time to look round some cars very helpful.

After a disappointing experience upon collection of my car after it's annual service, the service staff, service manager and vehicle technician came through recovering the car back to dealership, providing a hire car and correcting the problem without further cost to me. You get what you pay for and its hard to put a price on service but I was very pleased with the response to the problem and feel that I got value for money. Thanks to all involved.

TERRIBLE PARTS SERVICE. NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE, GO THERE AND TWENTY MINUTES TO TURN UP AT THE DESK.

From now on I'm ordering online from elsewhere.

Aaron, the sales rep, was first class and honest, great service, and his knowledge of cars was perfect. Hopefully, I will be going back to finalise a new car with him soon. Would highly recommend him and Mercedes if you're looking for a new car and good service seek out Aaron.

Car was in for a service. I was able to drop it off the night before and received a vehicle health check video by txt and email. Car was cleaned too which was nice - it’s not showroom standard wash but it’s cleaner than it went in!!

I booked my car in for an update due to a manufacturer recall. When I phoned to make the booking I was offered a free vehicle wash and carpet vacuum as well as a free electronic diagnostic of my vehicle.

The diagnostic was not carried out and I was told when collecting my vehicle it was actually a chargeable item at £192 an hour.
The vacuum of the mats was not carried out either and the wash was second rate at best. The cars mags were definitely not cleaned properly.

This is not the standard of work I expected!
