Done here warranty job waiting a week as they don’t know what part to change claim from mobilo van took 2 weeks to refund me and now,
The Best lovely lady call me and tell me I needed new breaks and disc because worn out and disc bend ohh my good I say 20,000 miles van so I check in my local garage and mechanic said nothing wrong with this one planty on breaks and disc absolutely perfect come on!!! Mercedes service why you scam people really !!!!
Now 30,000 miles still perfect who you can trust this days. Definitely not you !!!
Not recommended !!! or if you needed new pads and disc cost nearly thousand come to them they will charge whatever you needed or not!!!

Worst garage I have ever been to in my life i have seen better run circus acts, customer service is atrocious.
If you like being lied to and having to pay for damages caused by garage then this is the place for you.

No courtesy vehicle as per arrangement so have to rebook service so a hour of my time wasted

My van was booked for overnight service A and when I come in the morning to pick up they are saying its not ready and it's a second time now.........

I went to inter county Wellingborough for rattles in my Mercedes vito van.they replaced rear passenger side shocker and they did not put top bolts and they left untight wheel nut and poor customer service as well. Then again I have booked Apoinment for putt shocker and motion lock they kept my van for 4 day and they says they fixed motion looks unfortunately they didn’t. totally lied.I never ever seen one of the branded car manufacturer Mercedes dealerships such worse service and unprofessional,lies. They don’t deserve Mercedes dealership, they giving Mercedes bad reputation Mercedes should think about it. I won't recommend anybody to inter county Mercedes dealers.

This company are an absolute shambles , I could write war & peace about them , picked up
One of our vans after having work carried out on it & they had left the injectors loose causing fuel to spray over the engine , phoned them & was told to bring it back , I got the AA out instead & reported them to trading standards, have taken vans in for basic brakes replacement , 3 days normally , was told they we’re working on one of our vans only to be told later they had lied & our van was still sat in their car park. If you have a business & want to go out of business use this company as they will ruin you & put you in a mental health hospital !
