Excellent service from start to finish, 3rd car we have purchased from Mercedes Chelmsford and cannot express enough how much of a fantastic service we received. Having worked in very senior customer service roles in London for many years, I am extremely critical but can honestly say the service we received was first class.

I have been going to get my car serviced here for years but never actually bought a car at the Branch before. I can honestly say this is by far the best experience of buying a car I've had. They really looked after us, and all the Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to Michael and Tee, both really took care of us and were very helpful. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a luxury vehicle from Mercedes-Benz Chelmsford and I can attest to the professional, courteous and impeccable service they provide to their customers. The sales-rep who dealt with my purchase simply went by the name " Tee" and I will strongly recommend asking for him when you get there. Tee went above and beyond to ensure that I was accommodated. I found him to be extremely helpful, informative and willing to go that extra mile that, in my experience, others may be reluctant to. I was very impressed by him and I will therefore have no issues returning or recommending anyone to see him if you are interested in a Mercedes. Thanks Tee!!

My first visit earlier this year was an unplanned pop in and see. I was greeted by a friendly smile and helpful explanation of current climate of secondhand and new car market particularly the model I was after.
Talking to friends earlier this month Sam Hickmott was recommended to us and we weren't disappointed. Sam and the team made us welcome on our first visit to talk about potential cars and valuation on ours. After look at our initial ideas Sam introduced us to a new CLA200 just in, which the short story is, we ended up purchasing for a satisfying exchange deal. The purchase admin and discussions were not onerous and always with us in mind with our choices. Picking up our new car was enjoyable experience with Tim explaining the key points to complete the purchase and controls of the car.
All round very pleasant experience and 5 star service. The car is 5 stars too 😆

I got my Mercedes from them and they were brilliant. This is where it stops. Amazing in selling, terrible after. They never pick up any of the calls unless is option 1 "Buy a new or used car". Can't talk to any other departments, whether is service, parts, let alone reception. They just don't pick up. I have an MOT booked with them I need to change the date for, I can't get in touch with them, so will need to just not show up and go somewhere else. Glad I didn't pay when I booked it ONLINE - as I wouldn't have had a chance via phone. Seriously, why do you even have a phone number if you never pick up, at least say that is only to be used if you want to buy a car..

Michael - appreciate the reply - I did have someone call me but actually there is more based on that. Happy to speak directly to you if there is indeed interest to improve customer experience.

Alfie, Tee and Oliver each contributed to the part-exchange & buying process - making it hassle-free and a pleasurable experience. They were knowledgeable and extremely efficient in their roles, and good to deal with. The purchased (used) vehicle was presented immaculately and I'm very satisfied with this purchase from Jardine Mercedes-Benz of Chelmsford.

My yearly Service and MOT and as usual they never fail to please. Excellent Service from start to finish. I could not ask more. Email and Text messaging to keep me informed of progress. Friendly and efficient members of staff. Thoroughly recommended!

I bought an Approved Used GLE from this branch in November last year. The whole experience was good from start to finish. Phone and email communications were great! The sales team looked after my needs until I picked up the car from the branch. This is where the good service stops unfortunately. There was a 50% discount on their service plans for approved used cars at the time of purchase. I asked them to set one up for me, and they promised to do so within the next few days. Several weeks have now passed and I have yet to hear from them. I have chased 3 people in the branch several times via email to set up a service plan for me but my emails are being ignored. I doubt that the offer is even available anymore. The reason for 3 stars is mainly due to the lack of after-sales support.
