Visited the service department today and was greeted by Adele who was very helpful and kind. Lewis was also very knowledgeable and polite when assisting me with a damage report for my vehicle (by Protyre Aylesford)

1st time using them. When you put a lorry in for a 6 weekly check expecting them to pick up a broken light and replace it, but they totally miss it. Leaves you a little disappointed and somewhat worried. Also quite hard to find. Sat-nav didn't get anywhere near. Google maps found them OK.
After the reply and speaking with the parts department, quite surprised that they don't carry marker lights and fit them. However extremely helpful parts department. Sorted mirrors efficiently.

helped me our of a jam with a mirror for my truck witch they supplied on our account but couldn't fit it as they were too busy but loaned me the tools to do it my self thanks for that .could carry on with my day with 2 mirrors rather than one .

Went in for parts , friendly helpful staff had what I needed , very happy .

Very good service they had all the parts I needed and I picked them up on the same day.

We were booked in for as they opened left our vans with them for air bag replacement 45 mins later ready to go. What more could we ask for.

Dear Mr. Rooney and Mr Gogerly,

I have received a registered letter from Mr Rooney yesterday that has taken over a month to arrive as the address was misspelt and country of France was missed off.

In the meantime I have had confirmation that the acrylic paint and lacquer that was used was doomed to fail. The paint system that was used was no better than a Smart repair. The person from Mercedes that I saw said it was one of the worse paint jobs he has ever witnessed.

I now include the estimate from Hamecher Mercedes-Benz dealer in Agen. You can now understand why I can’t contain my indignation to your offer of recompense as I gave you this repair in good faith.

I now look to a more favourable reply.
